Emerson Home Services did good work on my project.

They do a wonderful job at getting everything done and the cleanup. The roof looks wonderful.

I am not only "likely to recommend", I will say they are the ONLY company I'd recommend for roof work. I had no idea where to start with this process, and they handled every bit of it for me. The initial inspection, dealing with insurance, making a claim, and performing the work. There wasn't a single part I wasn't pleased with. They exceeded all expectations.

I would not use Emerson Home Services again. However, would hire the person that he had to do work on porch and inside home and fencing.
It was good/fast at first, but then slowed down to a snail's pace. He was out of town a lot but did not tell me or communicate honestly as to what was going on with him/work and insurance company. He mostly would return my calls but had excuses about work issues.
Emerson Home Services is mainly interested in Roof jobs and that is their expertise.
Seems as though he hired another person to do all other work.
Was not satisfied with what I had to pay out of pocket.

Additional Comments - I felt the company was very professional. They were on time, and their communication was excellent! They did a great job. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. We had some issues with the chimney. I understood what was going on with it. Vaugn was the overseer. He had another guy come out named Greg. He was the contractor. He said I needed most of the chimney replaced because the person who worked on it before didn't use the correct materials. The insurance would not cover it since it was not due to weather conditions. I thought the price was a fair price. They did a very professional job. They really exceeded the project and material. He really knew what he was doing and what needed to be done, and he took care of it.

The owner, West, and Justin are outstanding. Their communication is amazing. They are prompt, diligent, and knowledgeable. Overall, they have amazing customer service.
