The individual that came out to give me the estimate was very professional and told me exactly what he was going to do. I was more than happy with the estimate, as I thought it was going to be more.
They came to do the job in a couple of weeks as they said and completed it in one day. Everything was cleaned up, looked as good as new when they left, and I was very happy with the way it turned out.

I was very happy with both the planning and execution of the project. I would most certainly contact your company again in the future if the need arrises and would recommend your company if someone else I knew was looking.

Engineered Solutions came to our home to repair 2 basement problems. They were thorough, explained the best solutions, fair in their pricing, prompt with the repairs, and cleaned up everything to perfection.

They did everything they said they would. They were done in half the time I thought they would be done.

Overall we are happy with the work that was performed. The floors were leveled and the cabinets were kept level on the top, so nothing had to be fixed afterwards. Our sales/project lead (Alan) was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our question, before/during/after the work.

The crew who initially came out did an inadequate job. When my general contractor reviewed it, they found a number of deficiencies. The rep I initially met who did the inspection had to send the crew back to make it right. That was good that they came back immediately to fix it, but it caused a delay in my sequence of events. We couldn't move forward until the waterproofing was done. That costs some time. That was disturbing, but they got right on it, which was good.

This was a wonderful experience. While we were not happy that the work had to be done, the employees at ESOG made the process completely worry free. From the on-site visit to assess the issue, to the pricing of the work, the professionalism and good-nature of the installers, down to the response of the accounting department to my questions, ESOG employees were professional and prompt in their responses. Highly recommend!!!

Marc and the team were absolutely incredible to work with! Marc was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the status of our crawlspace and sub-floor. He never once tried to scare or “up-sell” us - he showed us exactly what he could do to repair the issues. We moved forward with his quote and couldn’t be happier! The scheduling team was extremely accommodating and very quick to notify us when they had an opening. They kept us updated throughout the day and reviewed everything once complete. We cannot say enough great things about Engineered Solutions of Georgia and will continue to recommend them to others!!

Engineered Solutions’ installation of a perimeter drain and sump pump in our basement is a drastic improvement to our home. The salesman and crew were a pleasure to work with — very communicative and cordial. The foreman came out the following day to reroute our AC condensate drainpipe, a solution that the salesman had noted prior to the job, but hadn’t conveyed in the work order. Though the crew did a fairly good job of cleaning up, one last pass with a broom would have earned them 5 stars.

It would come with a caveat that they should know how things should be done before work starts.

The work crew was extremely neat and well organized. Kept all of the "dirty work" out near their work vehicle. Put down protection inside my home to protect the flooring and other finishes. Cleaned up well outside as they finished up. When they left, it was like they were never there... except for the new work.
It was also clear the crew was skilled and well trained - they knew their craft - which is hard to come be currently.

I have already recommended ESOG to a few friends. We had a great experience and they were the most professional contractors we have worked with on our house. The basement flooding was an extremely stressful problem and they fixed it right the first time even though it has rained an extreme amount since then.

I appreciate the sales rep (Mark) having to deal with the previous home owners that were here when he first met with me before we purchased the home. Once I decided to proceed with doing the repairs I called back and started scheduling to have the work done. I also appreciate him help moving the process along but he was almost "pushy" and I only mention that because after the job was complete he never reached back out to me to see if I was happy with the work,.
So when the crew showed up they had a completely empty and clean 2 car garage to "dato" out some cracks and fill them back in with some fancy concrete. Well, I would have thought they would have had some fancy concrete saw and a vacuum to suck up the dust,. But no, just an angle grinder with a diamond blade and a fan to blow out the dust.,.(which of course leaves concrete dust everywhere). And the work was as.good as I could have done, nothing fancy just instead of cracks in the floor I now have big ugly cracks in the floor with rough unfinished .concrete
