One they are very expensive and overly overly priced.. Two if they install all the down spouts because the installer says ITS not necessary to have them they still charge you for them anyways.. so I don't recommend this place to anyone

The gutters look great. However, they used black transition pieces on white downspout connects to the drain lines and left supports from the old system in the flower beds.

Yes. We tried other gutter covers but the pine needles and ‘helicopter’ tree droppings stuck on the top. Never blew away as promised. So happy everything is covered. We even have access to check rack down spout. No more ladders and gear of toppling over. Thank you.

The service was great.

I am less likely to recommend due to the quality. During the install, they cut off one of the drains. and they left a wide open pipe. Rodents and leaves can get down in my drain and stop it up. I called the company, and they were supposed to come out and fix it. When they looked at it, they said they don't have caps to put on it, and I'd have to go buy one and put it on myself. Then the icicles that hang off of it, I am not very satisfied with that. The old gutters I never had icicles hang off like that. They told me that it just happens, and it's the heat from the thing. People cannot be happy with it. He stated that some are and some aren't. They were just nonchalant about it, and he kept talking about the quality. I was talking about icicles falling on someone's head and killing them.

Was a pricey system, but feel it is a much better than other gutter systems. Good quality for the money.

I do not recommend them. They don't go into details because, due to the interest rate, I would have never chosen that situation.

I would recommend this company to others. The gutters make my house look complete and I won’t have to clean out gutters.

I was supposed to get a Lowe’s gift card regardless if I signed up to get the gutters or not ,I purchased the gutters, only to find out later that I was misled about the gift card that I never got.I feel this is a bad business practice to do customers like this. I won’t be reffing leaf guard to anyone else.

The gutters are not adequate when there is snow and ice and extreme cold weather.

E planning and install went flawless. The product itself looks terrific and has worked as advertised. Love it.

My gutters were put on in Nov 2024, today, 1/19/2025, is the first that anyone has contacted me about the project and it is through a survey.

I should have all my down spouts, finished and all drains working
They left two undone told me I'd have to call roto router to unclogged them
All my drains should have been working before they left!!!
Then told me he left black pipe out back for that down spout, nothing for front down spout, not even a 90 at bottom to put, a black pipe on.
Plus, the front one still has the OLD down spout pipe, sticking out BOTTOM of yours. Don't think 2 foot from ground

They were doing gutters. Not roof work!! Guttermen should never be on a roof. That why they have to use Ladders!

Sales person did not explain down spout drain defenders for me to know they would not work for us since we are not able to clean for six months so had to have them removed and we were billed for that and the drain defenders are expensive that we are stuck with. Overall Leaf guard is very expensive and the price negotiation is rather ridiculous.

I would recommend with the stipulation that your pricing is very high.

They are good. I do have a problem that I haven't called them about. I can see the issue, the water is running over the gutter about 3 feet from the end. I just haven't called them to have them come out and fix it.
