The communication was abismal. Very frustrating at each step once the project started. Quote given to me was significantly less than what project ended up being so it felt like a bait and switch.

Aside from slight communication issues, the work quality and speed was amazing! Any issues that may have been popped up after the install we're promptly handled.

I recently had a new roof installed. Nelson Magana, project manager & his crew did an exceptional job installing the new roof. All steps to complete the job were great & on time. The installation crew worked exceptionally fast, was organized & cleaned up all their messes, even though it was 100° out. I highly recommend them for installing a new roof.

The crew when they showed up when they said they were going to was very good and very friendly however, the follow up on outstanding issue that been paid for virtually took months. They then left a huge mess all over my cars. Gravel, gravel everywhere

The crew had good teamwork & were very organized & worked efficiently w/good finished roofs. The price was reasonable ! Oz explained the whole process well & responded right away when I had questions !

I would definitely recommend Epic Roofing. I took 3 bids from 3 different roofing companies and each of them provided the same presentation. Epic came in more friendly and honest and less expensive than the others

Sales was just what I needed. No real pitch and seemed down to earth. Boots on the ground left a lot to be desired. If you are looking for a company that doesn’t communicate well then they might be a good fit. For me I like to have communication throughout and I like to build levels of trust with all staff working on my property. I don’t like how this job was managed and I will not be recommending this company.

very professional through entire project

We were dreading having this job done. The staff and work crew helped us navigate through it all effortlessly. They responded to all our concerns and handled everything from the beginning to the completion of the job, the final inspection, as well as, filling out warranty on all materials. All I had to do was download the pdf files. Excellent company.

Overall job went well, but communication with 3 different management / project managers were less than desirable. Along with the completion of the job took a couple unexpected weeks.
