I had a great experience with all the departments. Excellent customer service.

Epic completed the job within the window given safely. Some Items that i noticed needed repair after roof down. Damage to eaves trough and gutter guards. some gaps remained after cedar shingle removal were fixed. they also fixed a missing fascia piece that blew off in high winds.

I shopped around extensively, and Epic was the company that presented the best protocol. They seemed to have everything, such as insurance. Everything was lined up properly and presented professionally.

I was very pleased with the professionalism that Epic Roofing provided. This started with an accurate, prompt and detailed estimate of the work. Allan Lambie, a Senior Estimator, helped me in selecting a colour by providing knowledgeable advice and also helped to explain the different packages that were quoted. As the work continued, he answered other questions regarding scheduling and operational processes that made me feel more comfortable. The other folks that I worked during the process were also very professional and answered any questions I had in a timely manner and with a high level of customer service. I would certainly recommend Epic Roofing to others in the future.

They were communicative, professional and quick. No problems with the job.

Everyone through the entire process were great to work with. From cost estimate to completion, it was very fast, great results, and a couple last minute things were easily taken on. Those who were completing the work were all very nice, explained what was happening, and cleaned up everything from the work site.

I was attracted to their statement about quality, interaction, and follow-up. I was disappointed in all of these areas.

Excellent job from start to finish by entire Epic team.

Although the contract I signed was with Epic Roofing & Exteriors LTD a company called Yoab Roofing were the ones who did the actual re-shingling of my roof. There was a small section of my yard that was not cleaned up - nails and debris. I emailed a few concerns I had with the job and I was told that once an inspection was done they would get back to me. After several weeks Epic has not responded with any follow-up about the inspection. I would not recommend Epic Fail Roofing.

There are worse companies. There are opportunities to excel at all this stuff and do a bang-up job. It wasn't a big deal. There are opportunities that were missed, so I can't give them a 4-star rating.

They are easy to deal with and professional. They follow through with that they say they are going to do.

From the time I asked for a quote to replace my roof to the time they completed everything, working with Epic has been a truly pleasurable experience. I really appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved, the expertise of the installation crew and their attention to detail, and the quality workmanship. Everything was cleaned up to the point that you'd never know they were even there. I have a large roof footprint and with the quality of materials used I feel I received very good value. I also had an existing roof leaking problem and EPIC knew exactly where the cause was and fixed it while installing the new roof and made sure it would not happen again. I have truly come to trust EPIC with anything to do with my roof. I am very glad that I hired EPIC for my roofing job and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Epic is the only company to use for your exterior work.

They did not reconnect the bathroom fan vent pipes. This caused attic rain and a pricey fix (which they did nothing to help). In addition, cleanup after the siding took weeks, and with small children we were really concerned about the amount of nails left all over our property.

I don't think I would recommend them because the workers were sloppy. The manager was not on top of the issues.

We used this company twice now every job was great very accommodating in our special requests in eves troughing and suggestions.The roof was the same and explained everything if I didn't understand something so I could make the best choices. incredibly neat and tidy never had such great service.

Epic carries reasonable product and appears to be knowledgeable. If you are ok micromanaging your project and have no timeline requirements, Epic is for you. They are middle of the road in price and eventually get the project complete. If you think it is reasonable for them to update you on schedule or even reply to email timely, they are not your company. The only thing they are quick at is invoicing.

My husband and I are very happy with Epic Roofing and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy organization to complete their work.

Epic Roofing & Exteriors provided superior quality workmanship and was very professional in providing the necessary workmanship to complete the project.

The workmanship was great in general. It was good quality work at the end of the day. The only area they need continuous improvement in is to be more proactive with communication would benefit you well. After the job was completed, I thought there would be a comprehensive professional inspector to come out to inspect everything that was done. I thought they would be able to prepare a report that says all the work was reviewed, and everything was in great shape. I haven't seen that. I am not able to professionally review the work. There should be a professional review to give the customer some piece of mind.

I would not recommend them because they are very expensive compared to a company my friend used and also with the issues I had. I don't know if they used their own crew or if they hired some other crew. The problem is with the crew and not the company. The crew that did the work did a poor job and had to come and fix the repairs.

Overall a good experience with a few bumps along the way but happy in the end.

My simple insurance claim ended in a long and stressful battle, still going, to address my concerns and to complete the repair in the wright way..The extra damage caused by the crew on the siding was handled poorly. Management was unwilling to fix it with quality work and in a timely manner. Work was not done right the first time, needed at least another attempt to finish. Damage was not reported by crew to fix until I saw and noted. I was mistreated, ignored, and threatened to pay or there will be consequences when no proof of work completion provided. I do not recommend Epic Roofing to you.

They were disorganized, and did not show up when they said they would. I did not hear from the project manager. I had to initiate the contact.

The install crew was great and got the entire roof done in one very long day. I inspected the yard the day the roof was done and the clean-up looked really good at the time, although some nails and staples did magically appear out of flippin nowhere after a few days. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their job and never complaining about things or being negative. There were a few issues that all got addressed; major ones very quickly and minor ones as they could fit them in, which worked out just fine. If I had to replace another roof, Epic would be the installer of my new Owens Corning roof.

The work crews were very professional and courteous. They were efficient and clean and we were very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend.

They don't just take care of roofing and shingles, they can help with siding, fascias, and gutters/eavestroughs so they can be a one-stop shop if you need any kind of exterior work done. The price seemed reasonable and competitive, and they were always helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend.
