Throughout the entire process, he communicated well with me on the phone, in person, and through the portal. He takes great pride in seeing to it that his customers are satisfied and informed along the way. He also visits the job to see the work being done by the crew. I felt calm and comfortable that the job would be done right!

Great work and done in a timely manner. They do not re-install heat tape in the gutters after replacing the downspouts but this was not an issue as it was easy for me to reinstall myself in one afternoon.

From start to finish our project was handled with care by all we worked with at Erdmann. From the design to the actual work, we felt everything was in good hands. Thank you to the entire company for a job well done!

The crew from Erdmann did an outstanding job on our home with the Hardie Board. Kyle, our salesman was easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the products and what would look the best for our home, he was correct. We went a white vinyl siding home to a pearl gray Hardie board home and we are very satisfied, we have had many compliments in a short period of time, and will recommend Erdmann Exterior Designs to anyone who asks.

My experience with Erdmann Exterior Designs Ltd. was great from beginning to end. Dustin met at our house to go over all of our options. Erdmann Exteriors replaced the siding, windows, soffit, and fascia on my 30 year old house and redesigned the exterior of the front of my house. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely positive. The salesperson, Dustin, worked with me over a period of three months to create the redesign. The window installers and the siding installers did an absolutely beautiful job!

I am pleased with my new siding by Erdman Exterior Design. Ryan from sales was great to work with and very professional and patient with me as I decided on the scope and color. The crew was hard working and completed my house in 4 days. Each day the site was cleaned up. The PM coordinated the effort in a timely manner, but I feel could improve his communication to the customer regarding scheduling, and level setting expectations. Overall great job and would recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience with Erdmann Exterior Designs. I truly feel the team understood our needs, worked with us on options (including designs/current trends,) and completed the work prior to the estimated end date. As part of our process, we received estimates from four companies. Erdmann was not the cheapest, but because of their ability to understand our needs and provide solutions during the bidding, we chose them...there was also no nickel and diming. The team that performed the work was very courteous - often checking in with us to see how things were going and answered any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend Erdmann and look forward to working with them on future progjects.

Hands down, Erdmann Exterior Designs was the best. When deciding to do exterior work (Hardie Board) to our home, we contacted several companies for bids and ideas. We liked that Erdmann was a certified Hardie Board dealer. When we contacted Erdmann for a quote, Kyle, the owners' son, took care of us. What a great guy! He helped us pick out colors and helped design our new front porch. My husband and I took quite a while to finally decide on what to do, and Kyle was EXTREMELY patient with us. His workers are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful (we have a little one, and when it came time for her nap, the workmen did everything they could to minimize noise so she could sleep...I loved that!). They completed the project within the timeframe they gave us (which was awesome because we were leaving for vacation two days later). We have received many compliments on the new look of our home and we have Kyle and his workers to thank for it!!!
