I am very pleased with the entire process, from initially understanding my request, to planning, to demolition, to installation, and to clean up. The only thing that gives me pause about recommending to others is I believe the job was over-estimated. They thought it would take longer than it actually did...so I thought it was overpriced.

The process was low pressure and as painless as possible. We appreciated the excellent craftsmanship and professional service.

It is everything as advertised! Professional, on time and on budget! Top quality craftsmanship and customer service is hard to match!

Chris, Allen & Brandon and the entire crew were timely, respectful and conscientious. They repaired and rebuilt our outside space into an area that we now use daily!!!

When I was shopping for renovators, one of the things I kept reading was that they were stress-free, and it is true—they were easy and worry-free.

Oscar Alvarez was very professional and responsive. He took the time to explain the details of the job. I took off a star due to some quality issues with the team. They had to come back twice to fix a few things and they left a lot of debris in my gutters that need to be cleaned out.

EXOVATIONS was seamless. The process was well constructed. The fact that we have a project manager always available is a great deal for me.

This was our second time using EXOVATIONS. We had no issues with our first experience, but on this service we had several misses. Things that were on the agreement were missed and had to have multiple visits to be corrected as well as quality issues. The tops of columns were missed when painting I found later when hanging Christmas lights. There are still sections of paint that bubbled up and I will have to correct myself.

Sales rep was the best.... came around a lot.... gave great ideas to keep to code as an old home.

Salesperson making bid was very informative and helpful in deciding what features to have done. job was done very effieciently and completely, by and large.

Excellent execution on replacing our siding, doors and windows. Super fast and super organized. Our project manager (David) was awesome and incredibly accommodating.

I wanted to score a 4.5. PM was outstanding 5 stars. The siding craftsmanship 5 stars. Painting was 4.0 stars.

Not sure I would. Must Home Owners are not aware of OSHA safety requirements or Manufacturers materials and requirements.

I was disappointed. I spent over $80,000 and feel like I didn't get what I expected. I expected more from what I heard of the Exovations commercials.

I feel their prices are fair market value. Their service is the best I’ve had from the general service industry. Many sales people promise their crews will do a great job. But the reality is they dont care about the quality of their work and just do the job as fast as they can. Exovations is the best.

If timely and clear communications from a contractor is important to you, see if Jake at EXOVATIONS is available to be your Project Manager. Jake led four teams of task-specific (i.e. framing, siding, gutter replacement, and painting) experienced professionals over 3 weeks to complete my project 1 week earlier than his committed completion date at the reasonable quoted price. It couldn't have been easier for me!

This is the second house I've had Exovations complete exterior facelifts to. Both times I couldn't be more impressed with the overall results and how the job went from start to finish.

From beginning to end, they accommodating and easy to work with. Craftsmanship was first rate!

Exovations was extremely easy to work with. They arrived on time, worked quickly, kept us updated on their progress and any delays. Oscar was our production manager and we was very responsive. Keith was our salesperson and he did a great job listening to what we wanted and making changes until our quote was just right. Overall we are very happy with the complete experience working with Exovations.

I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because the cleanup of small items was not well done. Nails/staples/other small metal. I picked about 3-4 pounds of items myself.

The project manager, Michael, was responsive and kept up with the project as it moved forward. We had all new siding (Hardie), Facia, Soffit, Gutters with covers (gutters were very well routed, much better then then original install) and paint to top it off. The house looks great!!!! The 3 different crews (siding, painting, gutters) all did a great job. Their work was accurate, and we communicated as needed.

The estimate we had was about $10K less than another firm had quoted and the Exovations quoted price was the final price. A few tweaks to the job were absorbed by the estimate. The only other added charge was for damaged OSB sheets, and we had expected that (only 2 sheets were found under the siding with issues at the chimney and that was less that I had expected to see). The other quote we had would have charged us double what Exovations charge per sheet!

We had a few follow-up items to take care of and they were. The job was completed ahead of schedule.

We have a great warranty for the Paint (Sherwin-Williams) and you get 3 free samples to test your colors. The Hardies items (Siding/soffit/facia) all have a great warranty. You also get a warranty for the work done, check with Exovations for the details.

Randy worked hard to make a big project as stress-free as possible.

The entire experience was beyond expectations. From the initial visit through construction and final walkthrough, I felt that they were as invested in the project as I was. Every question I had was answered, the house looks fantastic, and I could not be happier with how the project came together.

We are very pleased with the work Exovations did for us. They replaced & painted the siding and the basement door very rapidly and yet very meticulously. We particularly appreciated the clean up during the day and at the end of the day before the crew left. They also cleaned the dryer vent cover, which is located on the 2nd floor above a sloping bank of ground cover, and replaced a cracked window glass, as well as replacing the burned out floodlights. The crews were polite and helpful and very considerate in the matter of noise, as far as possible with all the hammering necessary. Kent Lang did great coordinating the job.

They did an excellent job, they even did a few things above and beyond. Super happy!

I would recommend them regardless of the rating. I would give them some things to watch for. Get it in writing and if things go wrong make sure they take care of it. They had crystals appear within the glass in a lot of the windows. What are the consequences for that. How do you call them out for that. The contract would have been discounted, and Exovactions would be responsible for the cost to do the repair, but that might replace the cost of the bid. I would recommend with caveats.

We can’t recommend Exovations enough. Great experience from start to finish. Byron was so helpful to understand what solution would work best. And our project manager, John, went above and beyond to make sure everything went great. We’ll definitely be using Exovations again in the future!
