Great windows, great communication, great service and everything went very smooth!

Exterior Pros, LLC provided very good service and did everything they said they would do to the best of their ability. I am very happy with what Exterior Pros, LLC did and the job they completed.

I was told it would be a two-day project, and they were done in a day. They knew bad weather was moving in, so they sent an extra person to help to get it done on the first day.

I found Exterior Pros, LLC to be very easy to work with and responsive.

The job was started and completed on schedule. The two installers were friendly, respectful and left no mess. However, I had to call the installers back twice to fix workmanship errors with leaks in both the water supply lines and the bathtub drain. Everything was taken care of and the installers were very sorry for the problems. This did leave us with some concern about what else might go wrong in the future. This also made us feel that we paid too much for the project.

They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done pretty fast.

Working with Exterior Pros was incredibly easy. They never did anything that made me feel less than or stupid, like other companies have. When it came to knowledge of the windows, they were very educational and easy to get in touch with. Their technicians were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as well.

I was extremely happy with the service, all the way from the salesman who came to my home, I believe that was Matthew, and to the owner's husband. He came and measured my windows to the installers, Troy I believe. Everybody was wonderful. Pam, the office gal took care of everything.

From the original appointment with the no-pressure sales rep, to the review of the estimate, to the measuiring, planning & scheduling, to the seamless & meticulous installation - less than six weeks in total, our family is ecstatic with EVERY ASPECT of our experience with the Exterior Pros staff!! We've already noticed the drafts are eliminated and the furnace doesn't turn on nearly as often. We can't wait for phase two which will happen after our kitchen remodel.

Exterior Pros did a great job on my house. They replaced the siding 2 years ago and now replaced the fascia and soffits and a portion of the gutter and gutter guard. They also tore off a wooden awning that was over my patio. The awning was rotting. Each project was completed beautifully in one day. The crew cleaned up everything well. It looks like a new house. I have received a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors about how good it looks.

The people who did my installation were awesome.

From start to finish, the staff at Exterior Pros were professional, transparent and put us at ease. We always knew what to expect in the window replacement process. As with many home improvement projects, things occur that can delay installation. This did happen with us, but the staff were committed to completing our project in a timely manner. The product is of high quality and the value for money spent was acceptable. We highly recommend the company.

Exterior Pros had excellent service after the sale.

Nice windows, well designed. I liked them better than others I got quotes from. The price was between Anderson and Pella vinyl. Not quite the quality of Anderson but I can no longer afford their ridiculous prices.

They did a wonderful job on the install, and even managed to get the windows in earlier than expected. We've had one minor issue with the windows which is a manufacturing issue and they came straight out and helped us fix the issue.

It was wonderful working with Exterior Pros for my shower renovation from start to finish. It was great to be able to customize my shower to my needs. The installers were able to show me how the different elements would go in at every step, and I was able to choose where my grab bars went in as well as the built in niche and shelves for my products. It’s beautiful and I feel like I’m in a spa every time I use it!

The sales person kept telling me. They would put the warranty in my mailbox,. I just got it yesterday and it is not as detailed. I would hope it would be period leaves me thinking that maybe you're not gonna stand behind the work to the degree, the sales person said they would.
I think it's too early to say if I would recommend them or not.

There were no issues, whatsoever. It was a very clear-cut process.

We were under the assumption that we were getting a shower head that had a hose that just mounted at the top pipe. We were unaware of the extra bracket on the wall.Your installers came up with another mount at the top but it was rather loose and too short. Because we have the pipe a little higher the hose is little shorter, it was to short. I left a message that I would like to supply my own shower head (Moen 25115 Engage) and receive an $80 credit. I felt this was pretty fair, but we'll never know because even with another attempt at the no call back complaint line yielded no response. I think I left a message with the schedulers voicemail too. In the end, my wife mistakenly wrote check which was short $29.00, so without any discussion you credited the $29.00. Its not that big of a deal, but no one from your office ever contacted us.

I have already referred them to several friends and coworkers.

The crew did an excellent job and worked through cold weather conditions. They didn’t cut corners or rush through the job at all. Excellent attention to detail in both the roofing work, and cleaning up after themselves before they left each day. Very impressed overall and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
