Had a great crew, highly recommend

I could not have asked for a better quality job from F. Lax Construction. Everyone was friendly, professional and their work was of the highest quality.

Don the contractor was great, but there was a lot of lack of engagement that led to a lot of problems with the project manager. I'm still waiting for the correct paperwork to be submitted. There was extreme lack of engagement, leading to extensive delays.

F. Lax took an incredible amount of time and had consistent problems following up with our project to the point of our project being redirected to a new manager. Then after that it took about another 2 months to get everything done. They even went as far as drilling into our floor without disclosing this to us.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism.

They did a fine job in redesigning and installing the front window. They also did a good job in putting up a utility shed for me.

They were professional. They delivered what they promised. They had great personable skills. They took it seriously.It gave me satisfaction making me feel like they were trying to make sure that I was pleased with what they promised. They really treated me great!

We worked with F Lax to restore our house after a fire in 2017. While originally courteous and responsive, the company had incredible amounts of turnover during our 8-month process and repeatedly did not respond to emails or requests in a timely manner, missed or overlooked items, and ultimately added a significant amount of time and stress to the overall ordeal. Our project manager was switched multiple times with the only notice being a lack of responsive to multiple inquiries and the house was returned to us in a dirty condition with several items still needing to be addressed. The project required intervention from the insurance company multiple times to get things done. I would not recommend this company.

Took too long to complete the work! I always had to call to complete the work. The work my insurance company was billed was not done.

Great response to the initial damage when a tree fell on our house. I should have hired someone else to do the repairs. Minor repairs took over 3 months. Terrible communication. "Be there tomorrow"...no show, etc. Employees, when they showed up, were very nice and did a great job. I understand that the supervisors have been dismissed, so maybe it's better now.

The address was not correct, they got a permit in the wrong city. It took four months to get any work done. The first contractor we dealt with would not return calls and was not responsive. Once we got a second contractor, things began to happen and the work was completed somewhat satisfactorily.

F Lax team did a great job of on our restoration project. Professional in their customer service with high quality work completed.

Took much longer than expected, had so many problems with flooring, still not right. I have found several things that need to be fixed, trim not nailed down, carpet not nailed down. We decided to fix them ourselves and do it right. Never again.

Courteous, knowledgeable and performed the work quickly with the highest quality as expected.

I would not recommend this company. Questionable workmanship, substituted used or lower quality materials for what was quoted, cut other corners while still trying to bill insurance for full job, made an absolute mess of my house and yard while working and did not finish the project (which was a relief by that point.) I also would not recommend AAA, as they added to a poor experience with their contractor. Made the stressful situation of suffering home damage even more stressful.

F Lax did an awesome job on the addition and bathroom conversion project in my home! My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work that was performed. F Lax came highly recommended to us, and we, in turn, highly recommend them for all of your construction needs!

In starting work was very slow but once chris takeover everything and all task done in timely matter. thanks to him again and crew members

Our entire experience with F Lax Construction Company was professional and courteous.The project manager was very helpful, easy to reach, made sure we were happy with what was happening on the project.. The workers were courteous, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and covered everything carefully. Everyone always came when they promised and were on time.

The overall experience using F Lax Construction was a positive one, however, the team that repaired our garage roof left a very large mess that had to be cleaned up later. Although the mess was cleaned up to our satisfaction, it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
