The contract says the shingles will not match exactly. I understand that as the sun has faded the shingles I have, what I don’t understand is putting a completely different color shingle on my roof as a patch. You would think if you are in the roofing business you could tell what color of shingle you need to order to at least have it somewhat match. Instead I have a brown roof with a grey patch.

Falcon Exteriors, Inc.'s representative was nice at first, then he was not. I tried to get a hold of the owner multiple times, and he was very disrespectful. The major issue was the response time. It took a long time to get things done.

Daniel was very good to work with. He answers his phone &/or returns calls. He keeps you updated on what is going on & makes valid, worthwhile recommendations that can be trusted. He is not there to sell you anything but to help you with your problem. He does this with respect & knowledge. He found a pencil hole leak in my roof within minutes. He knows his stuff. Gosh, I would like all people I work with to be so helpful & trustworthy!

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Brett, Brad, and the secretary or office aid, all did a very good job, was very thorough.

This is a top-drawer roofing company who knows what its doing. Everything went smoothy regarding the proposed scheduling and completion of the project, the quality of materials and workmanship were superior, the cost of the project was very competitive, and communications with the staff was very good. The roof of our house has an exceptionally steep slope and many angles, so this was not an easy project. Falcons Exteriors completed the entire roofing project within 3 days which was remarkable considering the complexity of the roof's structure. A true sign of the quality of the project is the feedback we have received from our neighbors. They have been impressed to the point that it has motivated some of them to update their roofs. One neighbor told us that our roof really looks great, it "pops". I would highly recommend Falcon Exteriors for a roofing project.

Overall I was most disappointed with the lack of communication and incorrect contract fee. I assume getting a new roof in general is not a joyful experience for anyone but we had several pit falls along the way. He priced the new roof incorrectly which made them the lowest bidder. After we had signed the contract and days before they were to start, I was notified that they could not complete the work for the amount promised. I was offered some discounts but the total still put them above the other roofers proposed cost. We understand that mistakes happen and they did offer a valid explanation, but it had an impact on our views of this company. We had to reach out to him several times before hearing back. It was hard to schedule meetings and calls ahead of time with his schedule. We also had to call him in order to even know of start date. After the job was complete, we had some questions regarding the work. Instead of explaining to us what was done, we were met with defensive responses. This was disappointing to us since we felt that we had been very flexible and forgiving during this process.
