We have a leaking drain spout that has not been replaced??

The local team here is highly abrasive. They were great up front, and the salesperson was good. As the job started and ended, I felt like I turned more from a customer into a bank. I paid $20,000.00 to start the job. The day the job was over, I started receiving calls multiple times a day that I needed to pay the balance immediately. I stayed in contact with my salesman that I originally applied for and got approved for the partnership at Wells Fargo financing. The rate was higher than I would have liked. I did that to get the job started. I was working my lending institution and I continued to get calls that cultivated into threats. It was emails and voicemails that they were going to turn me into a collection agency. I am a general manager for a global corporation, and they treated me like I was a fourth class citizen. I couldn't recommend them to anyone, and I will share this with anyone that wants to hear my opinion.

I enjoyed their professionalism. I've used them several times. They did my roof, gutters, and windows. They have always been very professional and prompt. They are also very quick at getting the job done. They leave your living space the way they found it. They do a great job.

The customer service representative from Feldco Factory Direct, LLC who initiated all of this was great, very direct, straightforward, and honest. He was very dedicated to his work. The technicians who came out were very professional, worked well, showed me the corrections and coverups needed, cleaned up everything, and made sure I was satisfied with the product before they left. That was definitely a plus for me.

The only problem i had was the we’re supposed to show up between 7 and 8 and they didn’t show up until 2:30. Once they got here they worked until dark snd then finished up the next day

Feldco Factory Direct left a lot of things unresolved.

They did not listen to my advice when they started the roofing right before a snowstorm. They did not do the roofing work very well, and it is still not lying down flat. I asked for a supervisor to come out earlier in the summer to check things out, but they never did.

If you need a roof, go with Feldco Factory Direct. I love my roof and the system in it. They have nice prices and a warranty. They helped me when I really needed it, and I appreciate it.

Working with Feldco was seamless from the moment of reaching out to them for a quote. Our salesperson and other staff were prompt and courteous. Installation was exactly as explained to us. Of all the quotes, I am glad that I chose Feldco.

It was a shitshow from the beginning. We had a 4 hour visit which we confirmed colors and products and incorrect items were ordered. Had to take multiple days off work and the contractors still screwed up.

We would not recommend as communication was very poor not to mention you only get the good deal if you sign that day, leaving you with mo way to check prices or other companies

Would recommend overall product but poor communication. And almost a week after project finished still have a trailer of old siding sitting here!

The salesperson was very nice. I enjoyed him talking and his knowledge of the product. They notified me that they were coming. They were efficient and did a great job. I can't get on the roof and see if everything is right, but it appears to be good.
