We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, Sunny Donovan, guided us in the finding the perfect choices for our remodel. Cory O'Neal gave us an excellent overview prior to the start of the project along with a schedule and answered all of our questions.Danny Heath, our Project Manager, was available to us at all times and through phone calls and visits staying in close contact throughout the remodel with each Contractor. The Contractors were all excellent and very professional, answering any and all questions. Their work was phenomenal and everyone stayed on schedule, but did not rush or cut corners. Chuck, the carpenter, was excellent in all aspects from prep work to cabinet installation and much more. Adolfo, the electrician from Summerfield, met all our wants and needs with the new and different lighting configurations we had. Preston and his crew were excellent painters and made sure we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the painting of the kitchen and pantry. Smitty, the plumber, made sure that the plumbing was done as soon as it was ready allowing us to use the kitchen with the least amount of disruption. Everyone who was a part of our remodel was amazing and responsive. From planning through the final day it was a great experience which gave us the kitchen of our dreams

Great follow through even after the job is complete.

They did a very professional job.

We had our old deck replaced, and while the construction went smoothly, there were some details that needed correction. The project passed the county inspection, but as it settled, we noticed several issues that we communicated to the project manager. Unfortunately, we haven't received any updates on resolving these concerns.

Our experience with Ferris was fantastic. Meredith led us through the design and selection process. Joe was always available as our project manager to discuss and address any issues. Our lead technician Phil along with the other trades executed the design flawlessly. They all kept us updated as they moved through the process.

I had the exact opposite experience with Ferris. No complaints at all and they have been great at correcting minor deficiencies that came up.

They were timely, honest with estimates and work they have done on my roof, siding, slider doors and windows has been great. I actually had them do an estimate on my bathroom and she told me the estimate was a lot more than she thought I would want to spend.

Ferris remodeled my kitchen. Kristen, the designer, in the design improved the functionality more that I expected. The kitchen is beautiful, and the workmanship is outstanding.

Excellent workmanship. All the different teams: carpenter installers, painters, electricians, tilers, worked efficiently and meticulously to make sure we got what we wanted. Highly recommended.

The gentleman who showed us all the samples and the different upgrades was particularly patient and very informative. The gentlemen building the deck were very polite and efficient. They never left any food wrappers or empty bottles. The supervisors were in touch with us often and noted our gate problem. They fixed it.

They provided us with several home improvements that have all been exceptional in terms of quality and service.

Private comments on #1: There were many problems along the way. The completion date was supposed to be July 11th. The work was completed on September 12th. The wrong materials were delivered for one bath. They had to start that part of the work over. It was not like the materials we saw in the showroom. I had an 11-page document of issues I had with them that I delivered to Jeff Branick in management at Ferris Home Improvements.

I thought they were good, from the initial estimating and design to the implementations to the follow-up. There was a small defect in the piece of trim, but they pointed it out to me when the door was installed. They came back to replace it.

Very high quality work.

Ferris has fair pricing and responsive customer service. I'm very disappointed that my new roof leaked and with the process used to troubleshoot that over 3 yrs. Hopefully it's finally resolved.

The designer was very very good. However, in construction you use a lot of independent subcontractors and provide minimal supervision by a company person. Due to this a wall of the new shower was a problem. Call if you'd like the full description. Then, after three months we were allowed to use the bathroom while waiting for a second tub. First one was not the one ordered. After it was installed, our county inspector did not pass the work. The plumber literally left a flue from the basement into the bathroom...a major fire no no. I think the bathroom passed inspection (final) in August?

So no. You shouldn't be contracting business in our area because you do not have supervisors available to check subs work.

We literally stopped working on a new kitchen because of the bathroom's progress issues. I'm still not happy with things but I've moved on from Ferris.

The quality of the work that was performed was acceptable; however, the timeline due to the defects added to the delays.

It was a very difficult process to work with them from start to finish. We had to rip out our floor again because it was of poor quality. That was the bulk of the problem, and the project manager was not helpful.

They're a very professional organization, and they're committed to detail.

I enjoy working with them. I think they have high quality and workmanship, however, this last project did not go well, but I don't think that is on the company.

I received hands on service from beginning to end, even prior to agreeing to move forward with the kitchen renovation. Ferris communicated the plan and organized when each trait needed to be on site. It was nice not to have to juggle all of this on my own.

Ferris did an amazing job with my new deck and enclosed patio. They also put in a 4 panel slider that allows beautiful natural light in with built in blinds. I love the work done!
