I've had 12 windows installed in my home over the last year, as I wanted to split the project into two phases. High quality product, different installation teams who both worked well to tear out, prep, install, finish, and clean up their work area. The windows are very easy to open and I can feel the solid structure of this product. I would recommend this product and company to anyone looking for quality windows and excellent team to perform the work.

There was some damage to my interior wall by the window. A gentleman came out and roughly patched it. But apparently it is at my expense to fix the rough patch job, buy paint and have someone paint it. I know that the outside paint is at my expense but thought if the inside was damaged it would repaire or compensation for it. I will say that the installers worked very hard. And the windows are very nice.

We used the same sales rep as last year to finish the overall project, having replaced 4 of 6 windows with hurricane windows. These last 2 units complete the project. Jason Huseman was again a fair Rep. a neighbor came over during install and I shared the contact info with him.
