I was very impressed with the windows when I was first introduced to them. I got a call earlier than anticipated that the windows were ready to be installed. The team arrived on time to start the job and finished in a very timely manner. The windows look great and I am looking forward to seeing how they help with energy savings. I can feel the difference already when I open the blinds in the morning, and we have not even reached the HOT months. Communication was wonderful every step of the way.

The company followed through on every step as promised. There were no surprises - everything worked as explained. Installers set up efficiently to protect my surrounding areas and cleaned up when finished. I’m very happy with the new windows and with the professional manner in which they were installed.

One door was damaged during transport to our home and needed to be replaced. A month lost. Replaced door was installed and drilled on the wrong side. Had them filled and looks ok. Great doors.

I would highly recommend FHIA to anyone looking to upgrade their home. I already gave my neighbor your company info for his window upgrades.

They sent an unlicensed crew who didn't wear any PPE and left my house covered in dust. They dropped tools from waist height into my hardwood floors. They installed the wrong windows in the wrong rooms then tried to convince me that a defective window wasn't closing right because I wasn't pressing on it hard enough. They also damaged one of the screens and just left it like that. This company is a joke and must be paying for their good reviews.
