Overall a good experience, still waiting for someone to contact me regarding problem with sliding window, has been over 2 weeks. Windows are custom made, look to be very good quality and meet current code. Installation crew did very good job with installation. Could use someone on crew that is more versed in English, had to call supervisor for translation.

I had previously used FHIA to install windows on the front of my house. When I was ready to complete the rest of the windows in the house, every step went smoothly. They even gave me significant discounts as a repeat customer. Every experience I've had with FHIA has been positive over both install projects.

2 of my new windows had damage, within a month they were supposed to be replaced but only one was replaced the other one I am still waiting because the installer took a wrong measurement.

Absolutely not. Unless you have time and bandwidth for frustration, deceit, and misguided contracts. This is a very expensive window replacement and the amount of hassle is not worth it.
