I love my new windows and would, and have, recommended FHIA. FHIA kept me informed of the progress of my order throughout. The install team were wonderful. They put up plastic barriers to try and keep the mess contained. Kept all doors closed. Worked practically nonstop till all were installed. Inspection was set up for next day and finishing touches were installed following inspection approval.

Paul Crista and his team did a phenomenal job, not only with the installation but with the preventative steps they took to protect the furniture around them. They even went above and beyond post installation by vacuuming and mopping the floor affected with dust and debris. Excellent professionalism and attentiveness. We finished the second floor, and I will definitely use FHIA again when we are ready to replace all the doors and windows on the first floor.
