Quality and service are excellent. Your team did a fantastic job. We are a long term and satisfied customer. Only not five stars because you are also quite pricey. For many friends, that would need to be a caveat on the recommendation.

I felt like the initial inspection and review of my problem were complete and very well done. I had multiple contractors come and look, but they were unable to resolve my problem. Fick Brothers was the only one that I felt comfortable using. I was very pleased with the inspection, the installation, and the process from start to finish.

Soft Wash left an excellent result. Siloxane application did not achieve result desired, at no fault of Fick Bris. Alternate approach was suggested by crew leader.

I have used Fick Brothers Roofing at my residence since 2015 for the following: new roof, new gutters and down spouts, brick chimney repair,replace wooden trim on front door, re-point brick steps, bi-annual gutter cleaning, and most recently an exterior soft wash of entire house. All of the work is performed in a professional manner and I don't have to worry if it was done properly. When the crew comes out to clean the gutters, they always let me know if there is something that needs my attention. If you want a first class job, call Fick Brothers.

They have always done excellent work on our home. They replaced our roof and have done subsequent work. They did very good. We are very happy. Todd is very good at following up to see how things are going.

Estimator provided complete and detailed information on the process. Workmen were courteous, and left the site clean and tidy each day. All communications were timely and informative. My replacement copper gutters and downspouts are functional and attractive.

I would definitely recommend Fick to others and surely call them again if another problem arises here

Absolutely! I recommend Fick Bros to neighbors, family and friends all of the time!

We have used Fick to install and repair roofs on our house and garage. The roof installation was well done and has held up well. Fick has also repaired leaks and fixed some incorrectly installed transitions and valleys. Never had another leak after their repairs. I also appreciate that their people are interested in long-term fixes, even if they cost a little more. Fick has excellent office help who do a great job of scheduling and keeping us informed if there are scheduling issues. With Fick we don't have to worry about our roof.

Very pleased with the way the job went. Extra repair and slate costs were incurred but foreman helpful in explaining the need. Would use Fick Bros. again if needed. Planning on using the maintenance service.

Fick Bros are the consummate professionals. From our sales rep to the guys who finished the job, they are a top shelf roofer. Super pleased with the work and will use them in the future when needed.

Service was impeccable. Showed up on time, kept us informed at every step. Were proactive in advising us on areas that needed additional attention/repair. Followed through on all change order and additional time/materials requests. Left the site in clean.

I had several other roofing companies try to diagnose where the leak was coming from. Walt from Fick Bros. did a very comprehensive examination of the whole area, inside and out. He took the information to the production staff and the masons and they came up with a plan to fix the chimney and the roof.

We are pleased with the work. There was some minor damage to window screens and a piece of aluminum flashing but Fick re-screened all of the screens and replaced the flashing. Two tires were damaged by nails but Fick paid to replace both tires without questions.
