They have always done excellent work on our home. They replaced our roof and have done subsequent work. They did very good. We are very happy. Todd is very good at following up to see how things are going.

Estimator provided complete and detailed information on the process. Workmen were courteous, and left the site clean and tidy each day. All communications were timely and informative. My replacement copper gutters and downspouts are functional and attractive.

We have used Fick to install and repair roofs on our house and garage. The roof installation was well done and has held up well. Fick has also repaired leaks and fixed some incorrectly installed transitions and valleys. Never had another leak after their repairs. I also appreciate that their people are interested in long-term fixes, even if they cost a little more. Fick has excellent office help who do a great job of scheduling and keeping us informed if there are scheduling issues. With Fick we don't have to worry about our roof.

I had several other roofing companies try to diagnose where the leak was coming from. Walt from Fick Bros. did a very comprehensive examination of the whole area, inside and out. He took the information to the production staff and the masons and they came up with a plan to fix the chimney and the roof.

We are pleased with the work. There was some minor damage to window screens and a piece of aluminum flashing but Fick re-screened all of the screens and replaced the flashing. Two tires were damaged by nails but Fick paid to replace both tires without questions.

I've always had excellent service from Fick. Even The few times I did not hire them for a project, the relationship with Walt Wilson has remained positive and helpful. I try to include them in any research I do for home projects.

We experienced storm damage to a portion of the gutters on our house. A crew member came out to the house took measurements and cleared storm debris from the from the roof and the remaining undamaged gutters. I was told that there existed a six to seven week backlog of work; however, they were able to fit me into the schedule within a few weeks. All work professionally completed.

They used very high quality materials and craftsmanship to complete the roofing project.

I have worked with several roofing companies for almost 20 years since moving into my home. Fick has been the most reliable and trustworthy company servicing the original roof. They were always able to identify and effectively resolve roof leaks when other companies failed. When it came time for a roof replacement, there was no question I would select Fick Bros. We had Fick Brothers repair a roof where others had previously not finished the job properly. They were very knowledgeable and solved all of the issues we had. The crew was friendly and respectful. The job site was kept clean and they showed themselves to be professional craftsmen.

Quality of work was good, but price was at a premium. Salesman was very nice and assured me that everything within reason would be covered to my satisfaction, but once he was out of the picture, dealing with the project manager was more difficult. Things I asked for was always not “specified in the contract” so it felt like he was always trying to nickel and dime me. The timeline for the project was to be finished by Christmas, but didn’t get completed until April of the following year.

I am very satisfied with the work they performed at the Seven Foot Knoll Lighthouse, a historic structure and icon of Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

I have already recommended FB to my neighbors who have a slate roof in need of repairs.
