Findlay did an outstanding job with reroofing our community. Quality workmanship as scheduled.

Findlay Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. After the roofing, they were good in cleaning up any debris in the yard from the work done. The quality of the work looks good. They used architectural shingles which is good idea considering the recent hurricanes in the southeast. I would use them again.

I am not giving a recommendation rating because no one has responded to my inquiries.

Most pleasant experience from initial meeting with Trevor the Findlay Roofing specialist. Inspection results indicated my roof did not need to replaced, however, a couple items needed repair replacement.
The repair technician Antonio was very friendly and helpful by explaining what he was going to be doing to accomplish the repair. Job was completed in timely manner and premises were left in pristine condition.
Bottom line, best roofing experience that I have had. I will definitely be calling Findlay Roofing when it is time for a roof replacement.

Findlay Roofing was professional and efficient. They scheduled work quickly and finished roof repairs/vent repairs in two hours. I was a bit concerned as they said they wanted to come out on a rainy day, and I preferred to do it in better weather, but they insisted, showed up and it was ok. It worked out, with them finishing up less than one hour from a downpour, so it as a bit of a closer call that I would have liked. In summary, they conducted repairs at a reasonable cost, but they were a bit aggressive on moving through jobs quickly for my taste. I don't think this is good business practice, in general.

I chose Findlay because I had watched them reroof the house next door and was impressed with the results. When I was ready to stop patching and deal with getting a new roof for my house, I called them. Mark Kleinedler set up an appointment, came out to see what I needed, and a date was set within a week. The roofers were all polite, professional, worked all day, and I had a new roof! They were back the next day to install covered gutters, with the same results! I would recommend Findlay to anyone who wants a top-notch new roof!

Roof - 5 stars. Follow through/communications - 1 star. Excellent roofing crew. Sent an army to get job done quickly and left site cleaner than they found it. That said, follow through and communication on other items is lacking. (Still waiting on QA review almost 60 days later. Can’t get quote/timeline to address issues they found while replacing the roof.) Happy with the work - frustrated by the experience.

The staff person who assessed the job explained everything clearly. The roofers came out on time, made the repairs and cleaned everything up. I am very satisfied.

Findlay did a fantastic job of replacing our roof. Employees were very nice and answered all our questions. They were most helpful in dealing with our insurance company. The protection of shrubs etc. was very thorough and everything was cleaned up before they left.

Very professional and efficient

Kept me updated on arrival time. We had a leak on the chimney caused by siding issue. We were replacing sheathing where it intersected the roof & wanted Findlay to make sure flashing was proper. They checked & said everything was OK with the flashing. No upsell, did not try to sell us things we didn't need. Honest & trustworthy.

They did a great job!

They kept calling the day of installation to push the time back. Then it got rescheduled with no notice and my husband had to call off work. then the workers woke up my neighbors at 7am to make them move their cars. Nobody spoke english and the site manager didn’t show up until we called and complained! Nobody could tell us the status of the roof and then at the end they sent us photos of someone else’s roof as proof of completion!!

Finally solved a persistent leak that three others failed to fix! Highly recommend!

The Findlay employees were very nice and professional. The appointment was easy to make. The response time was better than expected. The repair was completed sooner than expected. There was no leak during the next rain.

We were pleased with the work. However, we found the business office to be disorganized and were surprised that this company circled the wagons, made misleading statements and tried to avoid their responsibility in their mistakes.

Findlay did a great job. They showed up as scheduled, were neat and didn’t leave any trash behind. Would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience was very professional. From the salesman to the men who placed the new roof. They made it very easy and insured that everything would be completed as they told me it would be.

VERY THANKFUL for the creative solution the roofing team who helped us came up with. They created a roof cricket next to the chimney which FINALLY fixed the small leak coming down from that area to the basement! We have had several people look at the issue and even Findlay had come out months before and thought it was just due to woodpecker holes, but after we fixed that problem ourselves, the problem persisted. So we called Findlay back out because you are the best and the guy who helped us (JOHN CIMINO) did a very thorough investigation with drones and physically going into the 110 degree attic taking dozens of pictures and with his documentation and the excellent team that came out the problem has finally been fixed! Thank you for the being the benchmark for high standards in the roofing industry!

After calling Findley, Chris contacted me and from there the process was flawless. They took before photos and after photos of the job and what a difference. Findley was referred to me by a friend and I'll refer Findley to friends.

This was a repair of a part of the roof from falling limb damage to the shingles, part of the decking and gutter and gutter covers that had caused a leak through the attic and stained the ceiling below. Findlay had originally installed the roof and gutters and covers 4 and one-half years ago. The roofing crew came out fairly quickly and seems to have fixed the problem; however, the gutter crew too much longer.
Findlay always uses this particular separate gutter and cover company that I was told was busy and short handed. I also had a clogged gutter warranty claim on a different area of the house (3rdn time on that area since original installation. Findlay said they could schedule the warranty claim at the same time as the gutter repair by the same crew. The gutter crew picked up the proper matching color gutter and cover that Findlay ordered, BUT Findlay had ordered the wrong color and the crew leader for the gutter company crew had to spend an hour each way to exchange the wrong color pieces for the correct ones while the rest of us waited around; I didn't want to leave without everything getting finished. The correct matching color gutter and cover was finally installed that day. The crew leader checked the clogged gutter area causing the water in a heavy rain to pour over the gutters rather than going down the 2 down spouts. He found that the gutter area was originally installed lower in the middle by several inches. He repositioned it, I believe curing the problem. I think the previous two visits by the "warranty" crew of Findlay were roofing people, not gutter people and simply cleared the clogged area rather than properly diagnosing the problem. They adjusted the opening where the rain water falls into the gutter itself from the cover, but that was definitely not the correct solution. Also when I questioned why it should take so long for the gutter repair crew to come, the salesman gave, in my view, a wise guy answer something like - would you want a gutter guy to install your roof or a roofer to install your gutters? Actually, it seems that is exactly what happened when the warranty group came out to unclog the gutters for the 3rd time.

Findlay did a great job on my roof and were great to work with throughout the process and were cheaper (but with good products) than the other 3 quotes. They were the first to respond to my request for a quote, first to get out to see the job and make a quote, able to do the job almost immediately and did a really great job. They also arranged a carpenter to repair soffits and fascia. And, they completed a full big roof - new wood and shingles in one day.

Findlay staff have been very cooperative and fair from start to finish, from initial contact, to assessment of any damage, to proposal of work, etc., all through the whole process they have been clear, professional, up-front, fair and cooperative. They did all they said they would do, did the actual job quickly and properly with no surprises. When done the cleaned up and cleared out swiftly making sure not to leave any debris, no nails, no problems. We could not be happier.

A special thanks to your guy who did the work. I was unable to be home to show him what to do. He did very well, and even the dogs liked him.

Team at Findlay did a very nice job replacing my roof and in a bit of a time crunch due to some issues we were having with our insurance provider. Jason did an excellent job facilitating the work, making sure there were no loose ends and everything was communicated correctly back to our insurance provider.

The inspection was done timely, the repairs as well and done well. I was kept informed of what was found and repairs done.

Heath was a pleasure to work with!. He was very patient and thorough in his assessment of my roof probem. The process went smoothly from begigining to completion.
