Overall the company is very good and our basement turned out beautiful. With any renovation in your home you have to be aware of what is going on each step of the way. We had a wonderful project manager, but still found things that needed to be addressed. For the most part the company addressed our concerns. We liked that everything was handled by one company and we didn’t have to find specific vendors ourselves. We enjoyed knowing the company handles all from design to production and finishing. We also appreciated the cleaning at the end. Also the project finished on time which is rare in the world of renovations. Communication was great.

I would definitely recommend Finished Basements Plus. The experience from beginning to end was flawless and stress free. The people were great and our finished basement is beautiful. We will enjoy the space for many years!

The work was done as planned, with constant feedback through the Builders Trend program. The design was different than we had in mind originally and was much better. They worked with us on other issues that were outside the original plan, and it was all done professionally; much better than if we had contracted each piece separately.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our salesperson Joe was extremely helpful and worked with us on the design to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Our project developer Taylor was extremely helpful in all aspects before the project began. Finally our Project Manager Brad was amazing to work with throughout the project. All of the five star ratings are reflective of the job the entire team did throughout the project.

They worked hard to make sure the customer is pleased with the end product that they provide.

Brian L. really focused on quality and double-checked all the work done - he proactively identified possible issues and made sure any imperfections were corrected - without me getting involved.

They helped me with pretty much everything, and the process was smooth. I had no issues, and all the employees took great care with my home. The cleanup was good. I had some last minute changes, but Brad, the Project Manager, was able to accommodate them and provide us the best quality when finished.

Throughout the entire process, everyone was phenomenal. Very professional, on schedule, and great quality work. We are thrilled with the final result….better than we imagined.
