The workmanship and professionalism exhibited by the people that performed the actual work was wonderful. However, we experienced delayed to non-responsiveness when having our concerns met. Numerous calls were made to the office Project Manager, leaving detailed voicemails of queries and concerns went unanswered for weeks. Yet when the work was finally completed, they were pretty darn fast at submitting an incorrect billing statement. I would recommend the actual workers, but I would have serious reservations doing the same for the company.

The guys at Firedex-Allison Park were fantastic. Fast, friendly, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. What else could you ask for? My wife and I would would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The process was not only unexplained, it wasnt done right. They left sewage on my toilet and shelf, took sewage damaged items and placed them on things with no sewer damage, and didnt even dispose of these items. Horrible service, my contact person went on vacation and it took days to get an answer that they were done, even though like i said my house was still a mess. I would have gone to court before paying them if my insurance didnt pay them. Avoid this company at all costs
