I had a new roof and gutters installed and am very pleased with the results. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I had some concerns with the gutters that I relayed to First American and they were quick to send out the rep. I was working with, Trent, who listened to those concerns and got them fixed right away. I was very appreciative of the companys quick response to my problems...it was great customer service. And a shout out to Trent...thank you!!!

I was very satisfied with First American Roofing and Siding. 3 issues came up during the job, each time, I would leave a voice message or send an email to Dallas Werner and each time he responded the same or next day. The issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The crews did their work like they were working on their own home, showing pride in their workmanship. This was a siding job. When I need a new work, First American will be my first bid.
