Everything was done very well, but it took a really long time from start to finish, getting everything done. The communication with our project manager could have been a lot better.

Our restoration job turned out beautifully; the experience from the beginning of our contract until the end was great. I thought they were absolutely outstanding. Aaron was fabulous. The only problem I had was that after the work was done, it took a while to get them to come back out because I had one little problem that ended up being something minor. Other than that, Aaron was fabulous and Five Star was fabulous.

Delay after delay after delay. Shoddy work. Many things had to be re-done. Failure to properly clean-up. Left sawdust in landscaping.

They came in and ripped out the carpet padding in a hap hazzard way instead of cutting straight lines which made it that much more difficult to piece together the new padding with the old. They tore out the bottom of two of my cupboards that was impossible to see and didn't tell me before it was done. Only found out when it was time to replace flooring. They broke two things that I had on dressers and did not have the courtesy to let me know. Instead of carefully taking out the base boards, they ripped them out and broke them (and the sheetrock) which made it impossible to use again. To sum it up, they came in like bulldozers and ripped everything apart with no care what so ever.

They were extremely professional, had great workmanship, and had great communication.

They were great and exceeded my timeline. They were ahead of schedule, which helped me a whole lot.

Everyone I came in contact with were exceptionally helpful with the repairs done to my house. They worked with my schedule, which was very important to me. After the work was completed, you could not tell where the damage had occurred. I would use 5 Star again and recommend them highly.

We chose Five Star out of several choices to work on our home. Chris there estimator came out gave us estimate and then Five Star Superintendent Wayne came out to check job. Every craftsman from Five Star completed their work with outstanding craftsmanship. From Installing the Drywall to finishing the Drywall with texture , and painter matched colors and mixed perfect, the carpet installers were excellent. Superintendent Wayne and his assistant came and brought everything back into the room and arranged it all back to where it was removed from. I would recommend Five Star to everyone. with excellent results. Each craftsman asked if there was anything we needed or didn't like. We were completely satisfied with the quality of work that this company has done.

I am extremely happy with the quality of work performed at my home. Five Star installed new hardwood and tile flooring, remodeled our bathroom and re-painted rooms. Aaron, the project manager, was very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his attention to detail throughout the project. His crew was professional and courteous, and they did an amazing job. If I need additional work in the future, Five Star will be at the top of my list to call.
