I felt that Integrity Roofing provided useful answers to my question in advance, and kept me informed onthe schedule as well as when materials would arrive. The work was done roughly in the amount of time they said it would be. I have mentioned to them that I would have preferred a better opportunity duringthe install for communication with the staff on site rather than staff in the office or staff dealing with multiple sites.It is too early to judge the overall quality of the finished product, as it needs to stand the test of time.But having contacted 3 or 4 other businesses concerning the work I think my choice has worked out.

Integrity did a great job on my roof and gutters, and stuck to the agreed upon schedule. That being said, there were some problems along the way. The company they contracted with to provide the dumpster for the project did substantial damage to our garage when they dropped it off. To Integrity's credit, they did make sure everything was fixed to look like it did before the damage, but it added time and stress to the project. I hope this was a fluke (or they switch dumpster companies), as the roof and gutters were well done.

Everything was really good. My dad had used them before so I knew everything was going to be a-ok. They were very good at solving problems with certain gutters because my house is old.. They were able to maneuver certain gutters accordingly.

We are thoroughly satisfied with everything that Integrity Roofing did for us. We would use them again in the future. A few people who passed by my home asked who they were and I told them and they said that it looked like they were doing good job.

My wife said that the crew cleaned up better than she would have. Integrity Roofing coordinated everything well. I am happy with the finished project.

Overall, they were very professional in the job they did, however safety wise, there were nails around our home and we had to pick them up. Also, we have contacted the company three times to resolve a leak and they have not yet resolved the issue.
