From the start of design to the very last day of construction we felt like we were in safe hands. The entire Foremost team was exceptional and we will be coming back to them far into the future for our remodeling needs. A bath remodel was the second project that Foremost has undertaken with me. As before, from design to construction to punch list, all aspects were completed in a professional and collaborative fashion. Two major unanticipated problems during construction were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction and at reasonable cost. Kelsey, once again, started by eliciting a thorough understanding of what I wanted in the finished renovation and assisted me in determining how to achieve it while saving me from myself occasionally and suggesting features/equipment that I was not aware of. Jon executed beautifully, and also consulted me on construction details that I might want to consider. Trade partners were professional and skilled. The small number of punch list items was corrected expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction.

I was completing this project via long distance, so I had family and friends overviewing the project. Overall Experience - My overall experience with Foremost was incredibly positive. I will turn to them for my future house remodel needs and will recommend them with no reservations to my friends and family. I love my new kitchen. I sit in my living room and look out into the kitchen. I am still blown away by how the space has changed in such an amazing way. Before, it was dark, dreary, cold, and not a space that I enjoyed being in or inviting friends into. It is now open, bright, warm, and very very functional. Thank you to all at Foremost who had a part in transforming my kitchen into such a beautiful space.

It was great to see the incremental progress throughout the project. Obviously, it takes extra time for the lead to prepare the daily log with pics, but I think it's a great service especially for clients who aren't onsite.

Hunter's attention to detail throughout the renovation was top-notch - really great craftsmanship with a desire to get even the small details right. If they wanted to maybe when they start a project do a couple test messages at the beginning to make sure the client knows how to use it and add contacts. Our project was to add an addition to the existing structure. Most of the time, we barely knew the team was here! During the process ,we were provided daily pictures of our project, and someone from the team was available daily to answer questions or concerns .The site was left clean and free of debris daily, which was very important to me. They are good people and I have had a good relationship with them. They do what I ask and they are very attentive.

I have used Foremost Builders many times over many years. I have always been totally satisfied with the work.

This was a major remodel, essentially a rebuild, of a large and rather neglected 1929 home. It took a couple of years. Foremost were extremely understanding and responsive and worked very closely with us as the project evolved. Some delays were inevitable and the amount of fine detail work we wanted took time and effort. We have been extremely pleased with the results.

We love working with Mike. He always responds quickly to our requests and does a great job. We are long time repeat customers.

These are “top drawer” craftsmen, as well as excellent communicators. The work was done at our vacation condo and we met only once. We’ll be using them for a complete kitchen renovation!
