All of the gentlemen involved with the first discussion to purchase, to the final installation of both the front door and slider were courteous, careful, and exceptional young men. I have been pleased from start to finish.

The entire process of working with FHIA remodeling was exceptional from Josh managing the in home sales presentation. To Steve managing the entire process of our installation and warranty issues. To Carlos.handling the install we could not be more happy with our decision and all the people that we worked with and who worked on our home!

There was some damage to my interior wall by the window. A gentleman came out and roughly patched it. But apparently it is at my expense to fix the rough patch job, buy paint and have someone paint it. I know that the outside paint is at my expense but thought if the inside was damaged it would repaire or compensation for it. I will say that the installers worked very hard. And the windows are very nice.

We used the same sales rep as last year to finish the overall project, having replaced 4 of 6 windows with hurricane windows. These last 2 units complete the project. Jason Huseman was again a fair Rep. a neighbor came over during install and I shared the contact info with him.

Yes I am spreading the news through my Naples community area how wonderful my experience was with FHIA. From start to finish the process went smoothly and more quickly than expected.

With spending the money we spent on these and having to fill holes in the cabinets (from different hinge lications) and find new hinges that keep them from banging the walls, this was a terrible experience. The drawers also were smaller than the old drawers due to a differencein hardware, so we can't put as much in the new ones. None of these potential issues were discussed prior. The install team just kept saying, "we're only contracted by FHIA, and they provide the material", so talk to the hand basically.

Have been telling friends and posting on NextDoor website to let others know about this wonderful company and fantastic product.

Sales guy explained everything very well and the whole team did a great job. The install guys also did a nice job and fixed all issues and went above and beyond with new slider trim and tile work. So far so good. I would definitely recommend people consider FHIA based on our experience with them. We are pleased with the quality of the product (hurricane impact windows and sliders) and the installation. Everyone we interacted with from FHIA -- the salesperson, project manager, installers and schedulers -- was pleasant, polite and professional to work with. However, we have only had the windows for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to long-term considerations like how they hold up over time and during storms.

I can honestly tell my friends that most companies that sell and install high impact hurricane proof windows do not cover hurricane damage ! FHIA does !
