I'd encourage people to shop around and to use a roofing company for roofing, and to consider using a windows company for windows. The Four Seasons crews were certainly friendly and accommodating, very clean. But we don't love the quality of the windows and we are disappointed in the quality of workmanship on the installation of the windows. There are gaps around the sill, a crack in a bedroom wall, and the windows slide out of their desired position if they are opened.

Our roof was 27 years old and definitely in need of a replacement. Many sheets of rotted plywood needed to be replaced, and the stone around the chimney was cracked and was replaced with a faux chimney. A drip guard was also put in place on the roofline, which we never had. I love the Desert Rose color we picked out, and now the house looks so good!

I've used Four Seasons previous to this roofing job and they will be my go to source for any future projects.This was a large roof replacement which included installing a ridge vent and fixing other issues. they even completed installing my leaf gurds in a section that I couldn't complete to the the roof height.The job was slated for 2 days, but amazingly was complete in 1 day just before the rains came..Thx

My wife and I were looking for a small local business with an excellent reputation and a personal touch. Four Seasons Roofing exceeded our expectations. We researched roofing companies through the shingle manufacturers’ websites, Angi/Home Advisors and the Better Business Bureau. Four Seasons Roofing cleared those hurdles. But it was Four Seasons Roofing’s numerous positive customer reviews that clearly set them apart. My wife and I first met with Shawn Royston (Consulting and Project Manager) who stepped us through the process of replacing our current roof with a new Owens Corning Duration roof and installing two new Velux skylights. We had many questions for Shawn which he patiently and kindly answered. His knowledge base and years of experience in the field were evident. Shawn described what he found after he walked our roof. He also spoke to us about Four Seasons Roofing’s work ethic and their personalized customer approach. Shawn created a written estimate for us which was very detailed in terms of the roofing and skylight products that would be used as well as the preparation (e.g. tarps) and clean-up procedures that would occur. When we asked for certain changes in the contract, Shawn promptly replied and worked with us to make sure that the final contract met our needs. We received written estimates from two other local and well-regarded roofing companies. Four Seasons Roofing’s estimate was far and away the most comprehensive and their pricing was significantly lower than their competitors. Shawn gave us his personal cell phone number and then he put us in touch with Four Seasons Roofing’s Office Manager, Debbie Dewan. Debbie was simply outstanding to work with. Debbie scheduled our roofing/skylight installation, thoroughly explained what would occur on the day of installation, emailed us the documents we would need and gave us information about payment options. Debbie responded to our inquiries and handled all of our arrangements in a prompt and courteous manner. Debbie told us that Chris Harting (Consulting and Project Manager) would be on-site during the installation and she gave us Chris’ cell phone number. On the day of installation, the work crew showed up promptly at 7:00 am and were courteous and extremely professional. Chris showed up earlier than that (6:45 am) and walked the property with me. He explained in great detail each step that would occur in putting on the new roof, in preparing and protecting the house and all clean-up procedures. Chris kept me constantly informed throughout the 2-day installation. He answered all of my questions and concerns in an expert, kind and professional manner. Chris took numerous pictures during the installation process which Four Seasons Roofing shared with us. In working with Four Seasons Roofing, there was never an attempt to up-sell or to add additional costs to the project either before or on the day of installation. We highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing.

Four Seasons roofing has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had working with a company period. They worked around my schedule to come out to my home, inspect and diagnose the cause of a leak in the roof, recommend actions to be taken that were in my best interest and not just the company's, handled all communications with my insurance company including submission and payment, repaired my roof, and checked in and followed up to make sure any needs or questions I had were addressed. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, communicative (without being nagging), and flexible. I would highly recommend Shawn and company to anyone needing roofing service.

When I noticed evidence of a roof leak, I contacted Four Seasons roofing upon a recommendation. Boy am I glad I did. The roof inspector found out not only the source of the leak, but other problems with my roof, which caused me to decide to replace the whole thing. In the installation, Four Seasons Roofing found other problems with the roof - such as a vent pipe to nowhere - that they were able to fix. The price was reasonable, and the work was done in a day. I'm now very comfortable knowing that I'm not going to have a surprise problem thanks to Four Seasons Roofing's very professional work.

My overall experience was great with four seasons. They did an excellent job with the workmanship and communication, letting us know about problems that we unforeseen with the rooms. They thoroughly explained what, why, and how they were doing it. Even though we had to pay extra for unforeseen damage they should use pictures as proof and fixed it until we were satisfied. It was well worth the extra cost.

Four Seasons Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Shawn was excellent to deal with and put together a very competitive estimate on top notch Owens Corning Duration Shingles and associated materials. Crew and materials showed up on time. Project Manager Chris and crew discovered rotten wood along the way and replaced and repaired at very fair rates. My installation had some unorthodox aspects due to the custom design of the house. Chris and crew leader devised interesting methods to best deal with these caveats so that they are subdued rather than highlighted resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing roof. Overall, I am very happy with Four Seasons and am in negotiations with them for roofing at another property of ours.

I learned about Four Seasons Roofing from a flyer at my house. I called for a free estimate and the professional was focused on the details of my roof, what could be done better than the original roofing, suggested fixes, explained about the tile and how all installers are formally trained. After a 10 or 15 minute discussion and some brochures about the tiles and colors, the others followed up with me. I had some questions about the contract, which were addressed by the owner, and I decided to go ahead with the installation.went. Despite a rain day on my scheduled installation date, the new shingles were installed only a few days later. When I didn't like a downspout color on the lower roof, the company agreed to replace it with the color I thought looks better. That's it -- simple and the price was less than other estimates I received. I am happy and I would gladly recommend Four Seasons Roofing to anyone who is looking for a new roof.

I recommend Four Seasons very highly and not just because they did a fantastic job, everyone was super friendly, and they stuck with us for 4 months until the insurance company agreed to pay for the whole roof. The thing I love best about them is that they didn’t tell me I was a crazy lady for worrying about 2 baby mockingbirds in a bush right next to our house, so much that I put up a patio umbrella to protect them from falling debris. I saw the workers checking on the babies a couple times and they even stopped working once to let the momma feed her babies. I’m happy to report that both babies survived the ordeal. And we have a beautiful new roof.

It has only been a few months since Four Seasons Roofing has installed my roof. So I don't know how everything will hold up in the long run. However, so far so good.
