Unfortunately, not all of our contents were returned to us for the reason they "were lost". They bought us out of their obligations to repair our home. Very unprofessional and disappointing to us.

They were prompt, courteous, and diligent in their work, but they have to come back to fix some things as they weren't done right the first time. If they follow through on Monday and come and complete the work, I might pay to call back to survey my satisfaction. Everyone makes mistakes, so that's not important. It's how you handle the mistakes that makes a difference.

I doubt I would recommend FP Property Restoration to a friend. The office staff were impossible to deal with. When they choose to communicate they mislead me for a whole week while it rained and the water situation in my house became worse and worse. Numerous times I tried to explain my roof situation to the office staff and they lied to me indicating someone would be along shortly. Conversely, the field staff, both the tarping team , the interior mitigation team and their supervisor were excellent and I was happy with their work but you have to get through the office first.

I was happy with the company and their work. I wasn't happy with the manager or supervisor that was out here with the crew. He was not very easy to talk to. It looked like he was always looking or an argument. When I asked him to replace some sand bags on my roof, he said I'm not going up there, just to put some sand bags on the roof. I was happy with the dry out service, but not the tarp work.

Absolutely shocking service . They basically destroyed my home when they were meant to repair it . They lied to me that they were rebuilding cabinets when months later I found out they hadn’t even started . They never responded to messages . Total deceitful and awful experience .

Nice job, good subcontractors, although I had to get involved more than I expected to correct some workmanship issues at the end. Only other issue was the manager declined to give a detailed estimate of how the price changed when I increased the scope of the job, despite several requests - - what prices were removed from the original estimate and what was added to get to the review estimate. Although the increased price felt reasonable, I don't like doing business that way.

There have been problems with communication and with people getting back to me.

It's been over 6 months and nothing has been done to restore my kitchen.

I am constantly in limbo waiting for my carpet to be repaired. It is June 20th, the incident happened late January. 5 months, and still don't have carpet repairs completed. The painting and baseboards were done in less than a month.

We never had FP Property Restoration do any work for us. We were given a big run around with them, and decided to go with someone we could trust and depend on.

The work on our place was done in a very professional and timely manner. Very happy with painters who did our work.

I am not likely to recommend FP Property Restoration to a friend. They are the worst company I ever dealt with. They did not follow up on their assignment and promise. They did not provide the replacement that the insurance company asked for them to replace. They took the money and did not replace it. The event occurred in 2019. I will have the bath enclosure replaced after a lot of work and calls sometime in the next month. We are talking 2–3 years later.

This happened in August and they got paid in September. We are eight months in and the repairs are still not done.

The company and follow up is great. The person that did our project had quit, so that left us with an incomplete project. Everything was going smooth until Brian was let go or quit. Andrew is supposed to reach out to me, but I have not heard from him yet. I have made several calls to them.

the pack up crew has been terrific.

The turnover rate with employees is high and has been pushing my project back for almost a year, and most of my furniture has been damaged, and they still have my jewelry. They left my stuff in the rain for many months. It is poorly managed and operated.

They do a good job, but the way they do their billing is a little unethical. The experience was good, but the billing is sketchy. That was my main concern. It's very important the company is ethical in their billing because this restoration is absolutely needed. My generator blew up, and it was an emergency situation where my house was flooded.

The company was very prompt. The management was very professional and knowledgeable.

Friendly. Bob has answered all our questions and clarified issues we had. Can wait to see work started and then completed!

i feel FP Property Restoration has grossly over charged us for placing an oversized tarp on a small area of damage to our roof. It is rather egregious that a piece of tarp placed on a small area of a roof should cost about the same amount as it cost to repair the roof. We could not use FP Property Restoration and have selected someone else to carry out repairs on the roof.

They responded very quickly. I am very satisfied overall.

They FINALLY got back to me 2 months after they tore up my house and left plastic up. After waiting a few days and not getting any updates of when they were going to start the repairs, I called they said they were waiting on my Insurance company, so I called my Ins. co. and they said they were waiting on them. After my Ins. co. fired them they called 2 months later to see if I would like them to finish the job. Unbelievable !!!

FP Property Restoration poorly managed the quality of work. It was less than par. The communication was terrible. The company is 400 miles away from the location. There were no follow-up calls. The second project manager was only at my home 4 times. There were several things damaged and broken. They misused things in my home. The work done in the master bathroom was replacement tile. It was completed, but there is air underneath the tile. They did the work for free, and I had to wait for a month and a half. The first project manager never ordered the tile. After the first project manager left, they called me and said that extra tile was ordered. The entire master bathroom has air and bubbles underneath the tile. I feel it as I walk on it. It is wobbly. It was free work, and I was told to deal with it.

We would never recommend FP Property Restoration to anyone. Our experience was horrible!!
