We had a leak in our chimney following the roofing And chimney repair job FrankDale had done. They were extremely responsive to coming back to isolate the problem and fix it. In particular, Garrett was very friendly, problem-solving focused and first did a through job of assessing and diagnosing the problem. Then he did the fix. We are extremely pleased by FrankDale’s responsiveness, customer service orientation and ability to find the right solutions. We would (and have) recommend them to others with roofing and exterior needs.
