Roof rescue did a good job replacing my roof. I would highly recommend tnem to whoever wants a roof replacement.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the job Rood Rescue did. They were prompt and professional. They were quick to address any questions or concerns that I had. I pretty much got the red carpet treatment. Customer service is amazing and my roof looks great.

The crew that was sent to do my roof was not properly trained and did a lot of damage to my home. They did come back and fix things but they do not look as good in places as it would if they had done it properly the first time. They broke brick on the face of my house and put flashing that was too large in places we did not discuss. They said their guy new how to so masonry but he used the wrong materials and did not do it properly so I will have to redo it in the spring.

We contacted five roofing businesses. Roof Rescue was by far the most professional and helpful.

While Roof Rescue was not perfect, but they were pretty good. They did not even show up or call the first time they scheduled to get the roof done, but other than that they were on-time and professional. Everything the salesman said they would do did not turn out to be true, but he got the majority of it right. Just be warned, the roofing crew will not actually repair eaves, nor do they go above and beyond code by putting starter strip on the rakes. they do meet code though, so that is good enough even though it bother me that what the salesman said did not completely materialize. I would still recommend Roof Rescue because they are still better then most or all of the other roofing companies in my area, they have the certifications and reviews to prove it and they are the only ones who can offer the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty in my area, which is the best Warranty that I could find. I figure that if they can stand behind the quality of installation and products that well, then that says a lot.

Roof rescue followed through on everything they said they would do and came back to check and fix any issues. I was so happy with their work that I used them to replace my old gutters and they did an excellent job there too.

I had a couple tiny little cosmetic issues, they fixed them with no questions. Hands down most efficient business we have dealt with during the remodel.
