The company did a fantastic job and the crew was very efficient, polite and did a great job. Very competitive price. Expected a longer delay due to hurricane Ian but they completed the roof sooner than I thought. Highly recommend.

The process wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped. The person sent out to discuss the roof/price gave me incorrect information. The project took too long to complete. I asked for pictures of the roof that I never received.

No communication but good work.

I would strongly suggest Frank's Roofing to anyone needing a new roof! They do a great job and stay on schedule and complete the work as promised. You can't go wrong with using Frank's Roofing!

I think they did a good job because, dealing with the storms that came in and the hurricane that came through, they were very responsive to getting things done, and they did a good job. I've known Franks Roofing for a long time. They are now called Island Roofing.

This company started off great! Everything was signed and ready in February to start in March. The project did not start until April 11th. They spent the next 2 days doing the rip off and then I waited until April 29th for them to return to finish the job. So the roof sat for 18 days with tar paper. They returned and the guys did a great job despite the bad weather finishing putting the shingles on in 2-3 days. Everything was cleaned up nice and taken away. Then 11 days later my house watch person noticed a leak. I called the roofing company and they sent someone out 2 days later (friday)....and found 7 ft of soffit on the left side of my home leaking water. He shut off the water right away. I got my plumber out on Monday. He fixed the leak but my bathroom was completely soaking wet. I called the roofing company and told them this and it took them 2 days to respond. I in the mean time called a company to come in and dry the bathroom out. That took 8 days. The roofer wanted to bring in his own guy to get an estimate on the mold remediation and repairs left to be done. I am still waiting for that to happen. 7 days has gone by and I have now had to hire my own company to do this because I have heard nothing and this needs to get done before I can get my bathroom back into working condition. This has been handled VERY BADLY from the beginning.

Very happy with Frank's Roofing. I've recommended them to two of my neighbors.
