We are building a home, and they are crooks. Mark and his team are terrible people to deal with, and they provide terrible quality service and terrible quality work.

Very good with there communication at the beginning, middle, and ending of the project. Any issues that popped up they didn't hesitate to address it. Even when there were delays on my part they adjusted and kept that line of communication open to get the job done. One of the few very well run contractors around.

We had several windows replaced in our bedroom and living room. We have had to get 7 windows replaced and get them all redone because they came defective or had an issue. We are waiting for more repairs. Some of the windows have been replaced twice since we got them installed.

Franzoso Contracting replaced our existing garage entry door. The sales people were very helpful with door selection. The door was narrower than typical, which limited our choices for style and color. They presented us with multiple computer mockups and color combinations. We decided we wanted a custom color. They provided multiple paint samples to paint onto the existing door to help us make our choice. The installation was performed with care to avoid damage to the existing exterior molding. They filled in a gap under the threshold with concrete, and installed new interior trim with neat, precise joints. The installer showed us how to set up the electronic digital lock. We are 100% satisfied with the new door and installation process.
