Excellent. Particularly the gutter crew leader. He just asked the right questions to address my issues. Instead of saying generically am I having issues to which I would have replied deferring to him to do whatever was needed, he said walk me around you house and show me what’s been going on and what I would like changed. I am so happy with those changes and my basement is back to being dry as a bone.

The actual salesman was very good. The installation people were very good, but in between, Joe the service manager that was handling it had terrible customer service. There was no communication and he never called me back. I had to call the salesman to intervene. I ordered the windows on June 4th and I knew it would take a while, but I didn't have been installed until Sept. 23, 2024. There were seven panels, and I had put in three which were on the same windows. It wasn't a huge job and the guys didn't really need the next day, but they came back for about an hour. They initially told me, and I didn't hear anything, so I called them, because on August 16th, when I called, because nobody called me, they said it should be in the end of August or early September. Two weeks after that, and this is now the end of August, and you told me it would be done, and I never got a date. I called Franzoso Contracting and finally spoke with the salesman, and he sent an internal text. Originally, he had a family issue and was not in one of the days. I called on Labor Day because they were still making calls, I ordered in June, and on September 3rd he was there and in the warehouse, and he never called me back, and I called again because it was the end of the day, and she suggested contacting the salesman, which I did. Then he called me back and was not apologetic, and made the appointment for the 18th and 19th of September. Then he did call me back and said it would be the 23rd and 24th. There was no apology or saying what came up. The work was good and salesman was fine, but the lack of communication was terrible.

I was completely satisfied in every way with Franzoso’s initial response to my request for an estimate, their willingness to provide other homes I could inspect to see different tile examples, the efficient scheduling of my roof replacement, the speed with which the job was completed (on time and on budget!), and the attractiveness of the outcome. This was a large project with full decking removal/ four skylights and many details. Great workmanship, responded to and completed a few small fixes six months later and appear to be willing to followup if any future workmanship issues develop.

We are building a home, and they are crooks. Mark and his team are terrible people to deal with, and they provide terrible quality service and terrible quality work.

Very good with there communication at the beginning, middle, and ending of the project. Any issues that popped up they didn't hesitate to address it. Even when there were delays on my part they adjusted and kept that line of communication open to get the job done. One of the few very well run contractors around.

We had several windows replaced in our bedroom and living room. We have had to get 7 windows replaced and get them all redone because they came defective or had an issue. We are waiting for more repairs. Some of the windows have been replaced twice since we got them installed.
