We needed to delay the start of the project and Freeman was able to change their schedule to fit ours. The workers were quick and carefully cleaned up all the debris. There have been three big rains since the the roof went on and no leaks are apparent. Jim Pentrod, the Freeman representative, was thorough in explaining each step of the process. A new roof is an expensive home improvement. Get several bids and read the reviews.

I've been satisfied; I haven't had problems.

I paid a deposit for work to be done on the roof, but it took a long time for a crew to actually come and make the repairs.I had to keep contacting them to ask when the work would be done. There were a few days the weather didn't cooperate which made the work take longer.The estimator came to write an estimate for additional work and was very thorough, but when I tried to follow up with additional questions, he stopped communicating with me.

Very very satisfied.

No worries about the quality of work that they would do, along with their price are the reasons why I chose them.
