This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a company. So many bad customer practices there is probably not enough room here to elaborate on. In summary, they do not take responsibility for there own actions when things are not correct. They have a very poor shop drawing process, when changes are made on the drawings they do not get picked up. Then they try to rationalize their own misguided interpretation of the drawings. The owner of the company does not understand the drawings himself. When they get something wrong and do admit responsibility they put off making reimbursement until they have to be reminded and hounded a number of times. Blame gets placed on the bookkeeper then blame gets put on banking changes, etc. etc. Delivery of incorrectly made product kept getting pushed back and the only way we would find out was our calling to inquire. There was no proactive notification of delays. When you tried to rationally discuss problems about shop drawings or product discrepancies the Owner always defaulted to telling us how busy they are and how stressed he is, not really caring about our experience. They experience was so bad our client even saw with whom the problem lay.
