Dior did an excellent job. They were very detail oriented and thorough.

Not satisfied with the clean up and follow up after construction.
Did not prepare us for the removing of the cedar shake( that the walls would be shaking) and all our collectables on the shelves, , that can not be replaced, fell onto the floor and broke.
Still finding nails in my driveway after being told the rolling magnet would collect all the nails.
Not satisfied with the type of gutters used.
No tarps were layed down on the grass where they were cutting the siding and so the grassy area was covered in cement.

Dior delivers great workmanship and services. We hired them for roofing and siding projects and our house looks great! Working with them is a pleasure. We only wish that their customer service quality was a standard in the industry, but unfortunately that is not the case. We were dealing with another company that was causing us a lot of pain on a renovation project and Dior relieved some of that pain with their solution. It was well above and beyond what most companies would provide.
