They did a fabulous job. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. There was never a mess. I did not even realize they had come and gone. The installation crew was amazing!

I thought they were very hard workers, even in extreme weather conditions, they continued the work anyway. They not only picked up the scraps from the roofing, they also picked the weeds next to the scraps in the flower bed.

We spoke at length a couple of times prior to the actual work and every time I felt like I was talking to an old friend catching up on the years. Manuel and the crew were very professional and what I'd call kid friendly as far as a construction type crew goes. I was on site the entire time working from home and had no issues or complaints even when temperatures hit the 100s. They just kept working without slowing the pace and made no complaints. Working with Galloway was very easy and professional. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. I also needed some facia replaced. Galloway had no problems doing the work. Other roofers in the area didn't want to do that kind of work which says a lot about Galloway's commitment to customer satisfaction. I did a lot of research and found that Owens Corning products are the best on the market! Also the outstanding warranty sealed the deal. Choosing a company and the products they use when it comes to your roof is serious business and using Owens Corning products with Galloway roofing for the install is a win-win situation. I would highly recommend Galloway Roofing and Siding using Owens Corning products for your roofing project. Lastly when the inspector came out for the final check he made a comment about you don't have to worry if Galloway did the work. Now that says something!

Areas For Improvement - Our only issue was with a delay caused by a skylight vendor, which delayed overall completion of the roof. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded our expectations!

When I sent an email requesting a bid to replace our roof I got a same day response from Tom Galloway. He advised his estimator would call and set up an appointment. The next day Manuel called and we set an appointment; he was on time, and spent a lot of time explaining what they would do and why. I choose Galloway over several others because of the good service and explanations; I also like the fact that they are a local family business with second generation family in charge. The work crew was polite, diligent, and cleaned up every day. Our new roof looks great; we are very happy and highly recommend Tom and his crew.

When I began to search for roofing contractors I went to the Better Business Bureau and Galloway Roofing & Siding did not have one complaint. That's what led to my first interview and I knew after 5 minutes that is who I was going to choose. You can't find anyone more honest than Tom Galloway. It was a blessing that I found him. I couldn't recommend Galloway's any higher, they are that good.
