Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the contractors. They were wonderful. My son had an allergic reaction from the dust and they went through extra steps to plastic off his room and bring in equipment to keep it more dust free. They were really professional and I appreciate that.

A few weeks before were to list our house for sale, we found the box joist under the front door had rotted out due to water leakage (builder didn't use flashing between poured concrete stoop and box joist). Gehman Design Remodel committed to doing the job right away (they had an opening in their schedule) and had it finished in 3 days without having to jackhammer out and replace the concrete stoop. Very happy with the quality of the work. They were able to reuse our front door after taking it out and rebuilding/repairing the frame in their shop.
