Gen-Ex recently installed new siding, roof and gutters on my home. Both teams provided excellent quality and friendly service throughout the process. All of my questions were answered. My project was completed on time and took care not to damage bushes around my house. Greg Borchardt at General Exteriors worked tirelessly to get me a new roof based on hail damage. My insurance company initially denied the claim (only wanted to pay less than my deductible). Greg met with my insurance company 5 times ( or more...can't really remember) at my home and after a year and a half the insurance company agreed to a new roof. I could not be more pleased with the outcome! I have never reviewed any service but this is an exception. I would highly recommend GenEX. you won't be disappointed. The new roof looks great, and GenEX really went to bat for me. Thank you Greg and GenEX I truly appreciate all you did.

It was easy for me to make the judgement because they were excellent. I have been a homeowner for over 45 years and have worked with various contractors. General Exterior was the highest quality, highest technical level, and highest ethical level contractor that I have ever dealt with. One time when we were short on material the president of the company even went to get more materials. They were just excellent. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent in every way, from the crew to the salesman. They did a lot of work. They did a huge job with carpentry and replacing 3 doors. They just finished the work and it was excellent. The house looks great and we are very pleased. If I ever need more work, I would call them first.
