This is the second large project we had done by George J. Keller & Sons. Last year we replaced our roof and skylights. The team did an outstanding job! This year we replaced our siding and gutters / downspouts. Our 70 year old home looks brand new! Exceptional results!

Brendan, our salesman, was straightforward and spent a lot of time with us helping to choose our materials, color, etc. The project manager and entire crew were excellent. We did 2 projects with George Keller and Sons. The 1st was a new roof and the second was a large project involving removing the entire exterior and replacing with HardiePlank. We worked primarily with Dan Keller who was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We felt his pricing was very fair and even with several changes and issues that arose during the project, everything went quite smoothly. His crew was always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them as an honest and professional home improvement company and would not hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.

The only negative I had was that after the crew left, some of the detail work wasn't completed. For example, the control for the skylight had not been installed, so I had to do that myself.

They helped me with great referrals to other providers as well, which saved me money and time. I was in a time crunch and they were able to accommodate me. Have used them multiple times - always very satisfied.

The person who came to actually do the work was professional and honest. He advised me that he may not need to do all the work that was originally quoted until he could survey the roof project. After finishing he confirmed that he did not have to do all the work that was originally quoted and said he would advise G. Keller that a price reduction was in order. I appreciated his honesty.

I wish the cost of the extra plywood necessary to level the roof was included in the original estimate, nobody likes surprises in cost overruns . By only including half the plywood needed to cover and level the roof it made the estimate low in comparison to other estimates I received, which made those contractors wonder why there was such a significant difference in their estimate. Perhaps more timely follow up on the question if flat roof should be sealed. The crew did their job in one day even with the delays due the plywood, getting a framing pro to look at the sagging roof and then sistering the rafters. They got the job done and the roof looks good. Use my first name only please.

Weekly updates until they arrived on site. We received a copy of the permit in the mail a week prior to work. They arrived at 8am, began the rip, and installed the new roofing materials and attic fan, and were cleaned up and off site by 1:30pm. Quick and professional.

The job is not completed yet, but so far, I'm quite satisfied.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new James Hardie siding as well as our GAF Camelot roof! Dan Keller is very knowledgeable and was able to help us select the best products for our renovation projects. The roofing, siding and carpentry crews are very skilled and hard working. George J. Keller & Sons is an outstanding company to work with and we look forward to replacing our Anderson windows in the near future.
