They were very, very good about telling me upfront what I was looking at and not trying to push the most expensive thing. The presentation was very thorough and the installation was wonderful because they don't make a mess. You don't even know that they came except for the fact that you have a new door or window

Kelly was great through the process. Everything was wonderful and the windows and doors are beautiful. The people were just grand and the install crew was fine young men who were kind and professional.

Windows ordered in April were to be installed in May. Started total tear out of existing windows for installation because I was assured it "would be done in one day." Wrong sizes ordered and scratches on windows received. Project placed on hold. Three months later I'm still waiting.

They were great, did what said they would do. They were prompt and immaculate when they left, kept it all clean. The crew was coordinated. They had my old door out for half a minute and back in. they exceeded my expectations. I will be calling them again when I need windows.

It is hard to find such great workmanship and service, I would recommend them to anyone, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I am most satisfied with the professionalism of Brad, the salesperson, and Nathan, who comes to measure. I really appreciate their promptness, responsiveness, and approach. Brad answers all of my questions, but sometimes he can be a little difficult to get ahold of. I expect that for a salesman though. He should be busy. I can always call the office. It is a great quality company.

I am totally pleased with everything from sales all the way to installation. I am madly in love my windows, especially the one above the kitchen sink with the awning.

Additional Comments - I would highly recommend Gilkey Window Company from the overall product. I looked at other windows but Gilkey Window Company was the best. I work for a German company and their framework reminded me of windows in Germany which are superb. Other companies I looked at had flimsy framework. I also chose Gilkey Window Company over the competition because of their warranty. A lot of companies cover the windows but not the glass. Gilkey Window Company glass and the screens in the warranty.

I am very satisfied with the windows and impressed with the craftsmanship along with professionalism. It was a job well done.

Recognized Excellence - Brad Gerbus. He took the time to come all the way to Kentucky to make sure the window was okay. Our countertop was installed over the window and he recommended ways to fix it. The installer that did the coiling. I would recommend him in heartbeat.

We shopped a number of window companies, from the 'bargain' price to the premium. We found Gilkey to be a mid to upper option that provided us a quality window while keeping the cost in a range we were comfortable with. Salesman Scot Johnson was terrific and the installation crew was very friendly and did a great job. We had a couple of minor issues, which is not to be unexpected, and Gilkey is resolving them for us.

We have been very satisfied and we are glad we called Gilkey.

Gilkey made the experience of purchasing windows a success since I knew what I wanted and they were able to coordinate my schedule with theirs and install in one day. The installation crew was able to go the extra mile with my installation since I had two older windows on the side of my fireplace that would have left a gap and they were able to fit metal trim around them that made them look natural once the new windows were installed. they made sure all the gaps were sealed tight too since one of my original complaints with the old windows was the air leaks I had in the living and dining room areas.

When you buy gilkey windows you get the best built windows, plus installation teams that leave no mess behind. Gilkey windows leave the outside noise outside, and your home much quieter.

I've had Gilkey do work for me several times and I've been very happy with their work. Brian is an excellent rep for them.
