Global Builders attempted to repair my garage. After several weeks, I was given the full amount of the insurance check, and was left to complete the job with another company. Global may be a licensed contractor, but I found out they can hire anyone to do there work regardless of the experience. They installed garage door hinges in opposite directions, cause door to gap at hinges. Also I could stick my hand out the gap in the top, they explained the weather seal would cover that. The block work they used short cuts and didn't fill the corners or the lower tie in with solid concrete! Several issue from the start of project, the final straw was when they were going to apply the finish stucco over raw wood! That's right without any vapor barrier at all! I don't know how they stay in business hiring sub contractors that basically know little to nothing on how to restore anything!

They did everything that was asked of them and my house looks lovely now. I have only one complaint at the omment, but I'm certain they will address it.
