Golden Hammer Roofing did not pay the supplier. Now I have a lien on my home, and Golden Hammer Roofing is going out of business. I received a phone call about that. The supplier put a lien on my home even though I paid my balance.

I was extremely pleased. We had issues with an a/c permit, which kept them from replacing the roofing. They were patient and very helpful and assisted me getting the a/c permit closed so we could close on the roof. I appreciate that, and it was very beneficial to me.

I’m very pleased with the performance and professionalism of Golden Hammer. From the start of the roof project to its successful completion everyone was thoroughly honest and open . Hats off to Dania Fadeley for her excellent management of the project.

I still have a small billing/payment/contract issue that is unresolved so until it is completely resolved I'm not certain how much I would recommend them.

Golden Hammer was professional and extremely helpful. They had key milestones and checks to ensure everything was exactly as planned. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job you are looking for a quality roofer, particularly within an HOA where overbearing boards and issues can run amuck.

I have mixed feeling about this company. They never quoted me a price for the roof as they said insurance would cover the cost. When all was said and done, insurance paid $33000 and I paid a deductible of over $5000. Expensive for a house of its size. I initially contacted Golden Hammer in November 2022, but the roof didn’t get installed until August 2023. A subcontractor installed the roof, not Golden Hammer. They did a nice job on the roof, but thy did burn the tops of my hedges. I also had a flat tire due to picking up 2 nails. So, like I said, I have mixed feelings about this company. Bottom line, I wish that I had done more research before signing in the bottom line.

They did a good job on the roof, and they were very friendly. It took longer than anticipated to get it scheduled to be done.

Company was very honest up front on all issues, resolved any problems quickly.

I would like to recommend Dania as a very qualified professional in her field! Getting a new roof can be a challenge with timing, quality, etc; however, my experience having Dania as my point of contact made parts of the process run smoothly. There are questions that arise along the way, and she is a great resource and communicator. The day of installation went quickly and the job site cleaned up well. I would recommend Golden Hammer if you are in the market for a new roof! They made navigating insurance requirements a breeze as well. Thank you again!

Dania was very professional. She was by my side the entire time, and she always answered my questions. She was very easy to get in contact with and easy to work with. She always showed up on time.

I am very livid with this company. 6 months it took and very bad miscommunications. When I tried to point out that they had already broke the contract and get a refund they blamed it on their supplier and said I had no grounds for a refund. A few weeks later the roof finally got replaced but not without more miscommunications (about color of materials and dealing with HOA) and damaged to my property. Apologies can only go so far and if I hear "I'm sorry" one more time, well ****. Jason has been the most at being the best at communicating and trying to resolve but also the one saying "I'm sorry" a lot. The owner Ed, whom I've spoken with a couple of times seems to what to make this f-uped experience go away, well Ed not sure what to say about that currently because your staff has done a very terrible job and as a disable veteran I feel disrespected for my contributions to protecting this FREE NATION with the service/treatment in getting my roof replaced with the time it took, the communication, treatment of my property and the inconvenience of other projects I had to put on hold (will not be accomplished till next year).My other concern is this was a new crew that installed my roof and it turns out that there was complaints from other customers about them. So only time will tell how good of a job they did, but I will tell you that it took 2 days and they left a mess (which I cleaned up) and I have lots of photos. The second day only one person was working.

They told me one price and charged me double the amount and they never sent me an estimate of the cost then they charged my insurance company $900 for a tarp for my roof but didn't tell me

We had a lot of miscommunication through out the whole process. The final result was what I wanted, but a lot of miscommunication throughout the process. It was extremely painful.

I don't know anything about roofing products? However ALL of the staff at Golden Hammer Roofing was super professional and informative about the products. From the Salesman to the actual workers on the roof, were fantastic!!They guys worked so very hard, and the quality of the work, shows!! I am super happy with my purchase, and would defienetly recommend them to friends and family!!

Very timely, efficient construction

I do not think they addressed our priority. We did not receive what we intentionally requested from the company. They did not do everything that was written in the contract.

The people who did it did not have much common sense.
