Nothing but trouble. We hired them for a tile roof. They stripped the roof completely then disappeared for ten days during the rain. The result was damage to ceilings in our already redecorated home. They then sent a shingle team to install tile. The job was done incorrectly requiring a reroof by the appropriate team. The resultant work was poorly done requiring continuous repairs by another roofing company. Just this week we hired another roofing team to secure tiles that had not even been attached to the roof, just sitting there. Endcaps and ridgecaps have simply fallen off due to improper installation. They are expensive and do not respond to warranty calls unless threatened. They left trash all over the mountain. Everything is subcontracted. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I may change my mind depending on how they resolve my issues.

Roofing job was probably acceptable - as someone who is not a roofing expert I am not qualified to judge whether this is so. Company refuses to provide me with detailed breakdown of what my $17,900.00 paid for, however, despite promising it to me repeatedly for weeks on end. Do not use this company if you want honest treatment or transparency.

Goodrich showed up on time and did the job effectively and professionally. A minor issue with the sun tunnel to be installed, but was completed satisfactorily.

The staff at Goodrich Roofing are professionals in all aspects of their jobs. They delivered exactly what they promised. We received quality work with minimum interruption in our lifestyle.

The roof was installed sloppily. Large chunks of wall board were jarred loose near the vents over the stove in the kitchen. Nails protruded through the interior ceiling in one room. Drips of "glue" were evident in every room on the interior ceiling. Large splashes of chemical (?) were evident on the front of the house and walkway. Large gaps were evident at many places along the edge of the roof where the flashing did not come down flush; in one area the flashing did not even come over the edge of the roof. The metal was not long enough to cover where the old roof had been removed all the way around.

I am very pleased with my new roof! My contractor, Brook, was excellent.

I would and I have recommended them. They did my mother's house after mine.

Recognized Excellence - The guy who handled this roof job was outstanding. He was very responsive. He left roof samples outside of the office on a Sunday. He went out of his way. He is customer service oriented which isn't unimportant when the customer hasn't even signed the contract yet. He is the first exposure to the company and he is good.

Their estimate came in significantly lower than a large competitor. Also they were able to start the work immediately, and the competitor was estimating starting in late October. Those 2 things were significant in our decision to use Goodrich Roofing.

Paulo Varela was wonderful to work with. He set up the arrangements and worked around our hectic schedule. We appreciated his cooperation with every detail and request.

The Goodrich crew did a great job: on time, speedy, looked after the details, and when they accidentally ripped a window screen it was replaced rapidly. Price was good compared to other estimates and they threw in at no extra charge moving roof air vents to accommodate few solar panels.
