We had questions concerning the left dormer and Nate said he would get back with us, then Lowell said he would get back with us and Jeff called for a completion call, and said he would follow-up, and have yet to hear if the issue would be addressed. We were completely aware that we would discover occasional nails, however, there were dozens we picked up with our magnet in front of our garage where are cars back out of the garage/enter into the garage. When crew did clean up, they backed the truck up to our garage doors and loaded the debris on a piece of plastic or felt, then lifted it into the back end of their truck, which is probably where nails were probably spilled in the drive. I observed the team going over the truck tires to assure there were no nails in their tires, but they failed to check our drive. There were many spilled nails and we were just fortunate to have our own magnet. Our than the lack of follow-up on our questions and the nails, we were pleased and grateful for Jeff handling the insurance side of things.

I was taught a lot about materials and how they are installed. I also appreciate that they were very prompt when arriving at the destination.
