Great Lakes Home Remodeling did a fantastic job reroofing our home. The project took place when planned. The roofing crew was professional, clean and efficient. They warned that there might be nails under the dumpster when removed, which turned out to be true and very helpful to know. I strongly recommend Great Lakes Home Remodeling for your roofing needs.

They were way too expensive. They screwed up my back door. They never screwed down the storm door after they put the flashing around the door and its not closing right now. There were a few other issues.

We were kept updated on the progress of our order throughout the process. The materials arrived on schedule and in good condition. The installers were very courteous and professional and took pride in their work. All of our questions were answered and procedures explained during the installation. The work site was kept clean and free of debris accumulation. The entire process went smoothly and we are extremely happy with the final results.

The crew came in and did great work. The new windows look great and the new trim they added on the outside looks really good on the house. They replaced my sliding door and did a really good job on the new trim for the interior and the weather proofing and flashing.

The people are all great to work with and so helpful. The windows look beautiful. It is Winter and we have already noticed that our rooms are warmer and less drafty. I can hardly wait for Spring when we will be able to open the windows to get fresh air into the house.

The sales team was great to work with. The administration team was prompt on pulling permits and scheduling the install. The installation team got the job done quickly and it looks great. The cleaned up the yard and you can’t even tell they were there.

My only complaint is, none of their workers spoke English.

We personally were not really happy with the sales guy, but the folks who came out to do the installation were great, and that’s why I’m giving them a five. It’s not new to the salespeople because I felt like he told us one thing, and it didn’t happen, so other people had to get involved. That was just too much for me because I shouldn’t have to chase somebody down to give them a bunch of money. But the workers and the people who came out to do the roof, oh absolutely.

Great Lakes home remodeling completed our roof in early September 2024. The whole process was super smooth. The guys who quoted our project spent a lot of time explaining everything about roofs to us. They do try really hard to get you to upgrade to the their metal roofing system. But it just didn’t make financial sense for us at the time. However we went with the fiber glass shingles and the new roof looks amazing. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job site manager walked us through the finished project when they were done. Kind and courteous and picked up after themselves. Very pleased. I would recommend them 100%
