I am not likely to recommend them because the work was good, but I had to constantly be in touch with them to keep it moving along.
They were in an out, and that is what I liked. They came in and did the job, and time was a big factor for me. I had someone in the house that was compromised, so the least amount of exposure for that person was premier for me. The time it took to do the work was perfect.
The team was a pleasure to deal with. I would gladly use them in the future at any point.
Did an excellent job
They did a good job. We were satisfied.
I was satisfied with the work and personnel used.
Work was done on time, everyone was professional.
They were great to work with!
did a good job, even though they had to fight through some less that quality sub contractors
Work was completed as promised. Everybody with whom I was in contact were courteous and showed interest in my opinions, and were easy to get in touch with.
They should be called Greater Dayton Destruction. Communication was terrible. Postponed start date 3 times. Ruined curtains. Had to rewire everything they yanked out of walls. Broke stuff that they just threw in boxes. Put marked boxes and furniture in wrong rooms. Had to re-do plumbing because of leaks. Believe me, I could go on and on.
They did a very good job. My only complaint would be that the supervisor would change the schedule and then not let me know that he had changed it.
This was part of a homeowners claim and they fixed everything exactly the way we wanted. Mike and Jeff were terrific in handling everything and all of the workers were very professional and courteous.
In this day and age, it is refreshing to find people who take as much pride in their craft as I found in Greater Dayton Construction LTD. I look forward to their involvement in future projects!
My freezer is stuck to the floor because no floor was put under the freezer, it began to accumlate ice. I told them twice.
I think the rating speaks for itself.
