I would not want a friend to go through what I did and spend what I did to be ignored.

They don't do their due diligence in following up, nor do they ensure that we've received our warranty certificates.

Stay far away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent. They had to remove a roof and put a new one on becuase of their complete lack of competence.

The customer stated that there was excellent craftmanship and attention to detail. The project looks much better than she even expect and she absolutely loves the new look!!!!!!

I didn't have any problem with the roof job. They did well on that part. The only problem was with the solar panel subcontractor. He never saw a complex work order like mine and he did the wiring wrong. He promised to come back and fix it but he never did so I had to fix the panels myself.

The salesman was good but he did not keep his word, I tried to contact the salesman about it but he along with everyone else I spoke to did not know who he was. The crew that removed the material from roof did not do a good job. I had to send in pictures of the work to the main office. They resolved it professionally. I also had other issues with the crew, they were very unprofessional. The second crew that came was very professional. I was very happy with the second crew. Nails were not always removed, however, and I had to pick up nails to prevent nails from getting inside my tires.

They did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job of it, and there were no problems. It doesn't get too much better than that.

The workmanship, the quality of the work, and the diligence of the workers was the best. They were amazing.

I was satisfied with their work.

Green Living did great on the initial contact and ordering. It also did well on the installation and finishing. We did experience problems with customer service in the area of communication and in their knowing that our city required a permit to replace the roof. Everything was eventually worked out and we are pleased with the final product.
