Bradley was friendly and professional. He provided me with multiple options for repairing/replacing my roof, and he was extremely helpful in switching gears to obtain the additional materials needed to replace the plywood sheets that were rotting/damaged (after removing the existing shingles). Also, the crew that replaced my roof were on time, professional, and courteous. They also took the time to show me the damaged plywood areas. I am very happy with the finished product!

Gresham Roofing was fantastic. They came out quickly for a quote, we had some issues with Tesla coming out to remove our solar panels but Gresham Roofing was largely accomodating. The work was done quickly and they were great at keeping me updated.

No one at the company mentioned a warranty to me. I wasn't told anything about that. I would like to know about that. There were some communication issues and some other issues. I would like to be contacted about the extended warranty.

Gresham Roofing was super knowledgeable. When they tore the roof off and found a portion of the roof had been previously re-sheeted, they refunded me for the extra sheeting they did not use instead of billing me for the whole roof. They could have billed me for the whole roof, and I would not have known. Their honesty left an impression.

I was impressed with their cleanup.

They were very professional and on time. They cleaned the area well but left some stuff in the gutters where it was hard to reach and see. (We found it when we had a deck built and were able to access the areas by a ladder.) Overall, I highly recommend them. They did a beautiful job redoing a roof over a window that was not correct. Jason listened to what I wanted and created the image I had. The flashing is spot on and we have not had any issues with leaking or draining incorrectly. I would definitely hire them again!
