Crew was on time and worked through the day. There was no quitting at 2 or 3 as has happened with other projects. I’m very happy with the results. My house looks fantastic.

Recognized Excellence - I like the company. GS Exterior Experts was very polite. When I called, Jaelyn would always greet me. If I had to give them one comment, it would be that GS Exterior Experts knows their product is good and they do not pressure the customer. They do not offer discounts to pressure the homeowner into buying the product. Ernest showed me the product and did not pressure me with high-pressure techniques, which is why I went with GS Exterior Experts over the other two companies.

Oswald and his crew were great! They were here on day one putting up the backing, and from there out, they were quick, efficient, worked well with each other to complete the project. As they worked, it was a mess in our yard, but when they were done, you'd never know they had been there. I liked that everything was arranged (port-a-potty and dumpster) and all were delivered and collected quickly. Just a smooth operation. If you do the financing through them, that was a bit confusing, so just talk to the finance company to get more information. I am very, very pleased with how our house looks now.

We had our whole house siding replaced with James Hardie siding, new OSB plywood, insulation, new shutters, gutters, fascia & soffits. The whole shebang! No mixing old with new. Make it all new! The house looks amazing! It’s literally a brand new house. Oswald, Ernest, Moses, Omar and their team at GS do excellent work! Their attention to detail is impeccable. If there are any issues at all, they will take care of it. Don’t stress, rest assured & have confidence in GS Exteriors to do an excellent job with installation & do it professionally. They will strive to make things exactly how you envisioned to ensure your happiness. My satisfaction was very important to them. They take pride in their work and it shows. GS Exterior Experts did a fantastic job with residing our, installing a nice looking rock façade on the front of the house, and replacing our deck. Their work got the job done fast, did a great cleaning up after themselves every day and were very respectful when asking questions or asking us how we wanted something done.

I can't say enough good things about GS Exteriors and the Hardy Siding project they just completed. Ernest instilled trust in us the first time we talked with him...we already knew how good this company was as my friend and neighbor had her siding replaced by them and recommended we talk with them. They didn't disappoint and they were FAST and the quality amazing. It looks like we have a new house! Communication from time of contract to actual work was somewhat spotty. It took a long time get work started. The workers and workmanship were great.

Keith was wonderful to work with, the siding tear down and install happened in 1 week which was mind blowing. No corners were cut, they addressed any mistakes on the job and corrected them instantly. Fantastic experience from start to finish!!

We had our siding replaced and roof replaced. The siding crew did a great job and has our sincere appreciation. The roofing crew was not prepared or trained to do the installation of the specialized synthetic shingles on our complex 12/12 pitch roof. This was not a project they were capable of doing well and it showed. I imagine they would do an acceptable job on a low angle roof with asphalt shingles. The high pitched roof required wearing a harness and tying in with ropes. They used heavy framing hammers to beat numerous holes into the roof decking near the ridge lines. This caused Sheetrock damage throughout the upper floor of our home. They could have mitigated that damage by using an electric hole saw instead of brute force smashing a hammer through 1/2 inch decking. The shingles the Project Manager recommended to us have an adhesive bead on the backside of every tab that is supposed to form a weather tight seal with the shingle below it. The PM claimed to have worked with this product in the past and that his crew was trained on how to install it. This turned out to not be true. Over 200 shingles were not sealed down properly and were sticking up with the underside exposed to the elements.They told us the roof needed a week of 80 degree temps to lay down flat and since it was late November we had to wait until the following year. We waited the entire summer of 2021 with plenty of days over 80 degrees and the shingles didn't lay flat. We attempted communication with them every month starting in May and every week starting in August. It is a year after the original installation and they have not come back to perform the warranty work on our roof. The lead installer finally came out a week ago (Nov 27) and used a heat gun to try and reheat the year old adhesive on the back side of the shingles that didn't seal down during the original install in 2020. He was able to get 30/40% of the non-sealed shingles to stick back down. The PM and other owner have not made the warranty work on our roof a priority on their schedule: instead they task their one roofing installer to work on other roofing jobs around Colorado. It is now December and winter has begun. GS Exteriors has still not honored the warranty on our roof and I have gone directly to the shingle manufacturer to try and resolve this problem. Very disappointing and frustrating experience working with GS Exteriors.

Ernest was awesome to work with. He was super responsive to any and all questions or concerns. He mitigated any issues and kept us apprized of schedules all throughout the project. GS Exteriors replaced all of our siding and roofing. Highly recommend them for your home projects.

We hired GS exterior to install James Hardie siding. We had five contractor bids and GS Exterior was by far one of the more reasonable priced contractors. We decided to go with Keith because he was extremely prompt with questions and text that we sent. We were also impressed with his bid that he wrote up. It was very detailed and listed out all the prices. During the entire process Keith continued to keep great communication and check in on how the project was going.
