Guardian Roofs provided a great estimate which included straightening the ridge line and sagging rafters above my attached 2-car garage and then replacing the shingles for the entire house. I highly recommend them.

After receiving 5 roofing bids I chose Guardian Roofs which was not the least expensive bid but I was impressed by the estimator's knowledge, his answers to my questions and provision of spec sheets for materials. The contract was clear, comprehensive. The roofers and their foreman arrived on time, completed demo and installation in 2.5 days (I was told the job would be completed in 2-3 days) and cleaned up fully after themselves. Highly recommended.

the crew was fast. However, the company tried to over bill me. The final bill was way more than the quote, and I was not notified in advance. I was picking up nails for weeks around the house, poor clean up. Would not recommend you to anyone.

Guardian Roofs did a great job. They were the only firm (out of three bids) that really explained the process to us thoroughly, along with any unexpected costs we might run into. They started on time every day, worked very hard on one of the hottest weeks of the year, and finished on time. Our neighbors have even stopped by to say how great our roof looks and get the name of our roofer!

Very rude customer service. I was just following up the warranty and Guardian's lady on the phone informed me that it's my responsibility to follow up with Owens and they are out of this transaction already. Customer service???

Guardian Roofs was one of the best contractors we have had work on our home. Their costumer service is excellent, from the receptionist to the owner. We received timely responses any time we had questions, the crew that tore off the old roof were very efficient and protected our extensive garden as well as cleaning any debris that fell protecting our safety. The actual roofing crew was outstanding. They had more than 20 years experience, were able to answer questions, showed up at 7 am every day and didn’t leave until sunset. They took extra care making sure the valleys were water proofed. When they replaced facia boards they primed all the wood which helps keep wood wrought at bay. They cleaned around the property daily and we’re diligent workers. Given that I have a construction background, I’m am more than pleased with Guardian Roofing and thoroughly impressed. The roof looks awesome and I’m comfortable in knowing that the workmanship will stand the test of time. I would highly recommend Guardian to my family, friends and anyone else looking to replace their roof.

For the estimate, Dave was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. While other companies told me I needed a new second story roof, he said it looked great and would leave it alone! The men who replaced the first story roof were courteous, clean and did the work quickly. I would highly recommend Guardian Roofs.

Guardian replaced entire roof of the garage, but the roof leaked excessively during the first rain. Guardian temporarily put some sort of cover on it, but have not heard from them after that for over a month to get it fixed.

up to this date nothing done to a big hole on my ceiling caused by one of your worker...a section of fascia that was removed but never replaced...carpentry worked was unsatisfactory looks liked they tried to make it fit in placed...mostly on the fascia , front of the house. also up to this date never get any receipt that saying that the job status. VERY poor communications
