I was very impressed with Gulf Coast, especially the manager and supervisor, James Vaughn. My work was not completed in a timely manner due to vacations and the COVID virus, which caused a 10-day delay, but that really wasn't a factor to me that it wasn't done quickly.
I know COVID was a factor. However, I feel things could have been addressed more professionally.
I would only recommend them if they were to get a new Project Manager.
Our major company is the fact that it took so long to complete the job. The worker we worked with was basically just giving us lip about the issues. They told me that they applied for the work permit and they never did. We took his word. Two days after the work was started we got shut down because they never applied for it. It took an additional two weeks for them to even apply for the work permit. We called our city hall every day to see if they had filled for one. Two weeks or more after the project was completed they never filled for certification of competition. Tom was unreachable. Every time I tried to call him he never answered his phone. I was never able to leave a voicemail because it was always full.
Gulf Coast Restoration went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
They were very timely and accommodated me with my schedule. They worked until they were satisfied with the work completed. They did a fantastic job, it looks much better then before hand.
I really appreciate the work that was done. They were ahead of schedule.
I would tell anyone that is considering Gulf Coast Restoration to run and do not hire them.
I am pleased with the end result and everything got done well.
